There’s no question USC will be better this season (even after losing to Portland State). But will USC play defense? That does not seem to be Andy Enfield’s strong suit and tonight’s game with Tennessee Tech will be the first chance to show if the Portland State debacle was a fluke.

USC won, 70-58, but they were out rebounded and they had too many turnovers. …but they did hold them to 33% FG’s and 1-18 from three point range. …oh, and Jordan McLaughlin reportedly had fun. ……
Let Andy Enfield get at least 15 more games under his belt before we come to conclusions, because Pat Haden put him in a horrible situation.
