Tight End In Play For USC

Tight end Chris Clark of Avon, Conn., decommited from Michigan on Tuesday following the firing of Coach Brady Hoke. USC coaches met with Clark this week and among the schools he is considering. Clark is the second-best tight end in the nation according to Rivals.com.

  1. Chris Clarke is at the top of our list in recruiting. We need this kid. Tyler Petite chose Duke over us before the season and this position is a priority for the Trojans. In my opinion Petite could have gotten a great education and played for a GREAT program. If he doesn’t see it that way then ok that’s his choice, but somebody will be making plays at TE for the Trojans next season while the other be in the basketball powered ACC.

    • Well said ‘sas’ Maybe he was a bit intimidated or didn’t want to be on a team w. scholarship restrictions either way – Durham-NC is as stated a basketball school

    • Say what? Since when do USC players care about an education? Only 2 of the 68 players in the USC roster made the All-academic teams, LOWEST number in the Pac-12, so please stop with that “great education” crap.
