Here is evidence that USC has middle of the road talent in PAC 12. Just released PAC 12 1st & 2nd teams. Number of players from each team. Does not bode well for Scotty’s theory that most PAC 12 teams would switch talent with USC. Especially when you consider the USC talent drop off and number of true freshman playing at other positions because of sanctions
