Issac Whitney Makes It Official

Isaac Whitney was expected to go to USC for the past couple months but the Riverside City College wide receiver made it official today. Is USC taking a JC receiver because it expects Nelson Agholor to turn pro?

    • I think blending in some physically mature players makes sense, given the sanction-hampered junior and senior classes, and risks of allocating 25 scholarships entirely to 18-year-olds.

Plus, I read that 2016 is a bumper year for HS WRs in CA.

In addition, I can sort of see a strategy behind wanting both Hampton and Whitney, who profile more as possession WRs. Still, Rogers is back, too, although he needs to focus more.

Those three are sort of different from Smith and Farmer, who are sort of different from Mitchell and Harris (and Jackson, when he logs time on offense).

If Nelson stays, it will seemingly be too crowded again, He wouldn’t stay unless it were understood that he’d get targeted a lot. What would be the point?

  2. Did USC recruit Olive Sagapolu
    Santa Ana Mater Dei
(Santa Ana, CA) DT 6-3/300lbs ?

    3-Star ***

    Polynesians (Great USC Town-Sitters!)

    All-of-Town !!!

“Who is leading USC and what does He do” ???

Currently a Wisconsin Commit, waiting for a “Local” commit/offer ?

Um USC, GOOD chance He will Prosper, better here than there…
