Pick The Score

The Holiday Bowl is nearly here and it is time to pick the score. You saw the Gold Sheet likes USC. I haven’t really seen anyone pick Nebraska yet. Is it just too easy a game to pick?

    • Definitely Nebraska will have a tough time running (Tailbacks/Running Backs) the ball but the SC Coaches (Sarkisian/Wilcox) seem bent on backing off and letting defeated teams back into games !

      With a Relentless Hard-Hitting Coach/Coaches I would agree with you SteveG !!

But with the current Coaching Staff, USC 34 – Nebraska 24 !!!

Nebraska is no Notre Dame, thus the score…

  1. Mr. Jenkins predicts 35-24 Trojans, followed by a victory Patron Margarita at Cafe Coyote in Old Town San Diego.

  2. USC 42 NE 20 if what WI did to NE was a reality ‘but’ maybe the replacement can show how much NE truly needed to toss Pelini out. They truly miss Osborne just as any aging program misses what once made them great.

NE is finding it can’t win the Big 10 West which is far weaker than the Big 10 East. NE’s days are diminishing with schools that have bigger TV contracts, warmer climates and are closer to big cities. I can;t think of another former Top 10 program that has a harder road to walk than NE – then again they do have an 80 yd. practice field and an ‘on-campus’ football stadium along w. a loyal fan base willing to drive more than 180 miles from Lincoln.

    • Wolf asks for trivial Holiday Bowl score predictions, and Otis, jumps the SUCC reservation, and poetically wonders out-loud about UCLA attendance potential at the Alamo Bowl.

      Good night sour sot.

  3. Since the University of Southern California is favored, it is inevitable that they will have a let down and lose, in typical USC interest. You are all pathetic.

    • “inevitable”…”typical”…”pathetic”

      Now that’s ironclad logic.

I am pathetic, because I didn’t see in your recent posts that you’re just another boringly provocative troll. I actually responded to your content. Well, I assure you, this is the last of my attention that you’ll receive.

    • Bill, you feel stupid yet? You should, because you were wrong again today, just like you are each and every single Saturday.

  4. I can’t hardly wait for a couple years when SC is back with a full squad so maybe we can shut up some of the mongers!

    • Uh check your math boyo – according to you Karnac USC matches what they allow NE to score

  5. USC will be lucky to win this game. Nebraska is a proud program and is not going to come out and lay down. They have everything needed to beat us – a good running game to stay on the field and wear out Wilcox’s bend and then break defense, and a running QB. $20 says their TOP is double what we have by the end of the game. They also have a monster D line and Buck is going to have a hard day. I am going out on a limb and picking Nebraska to win

  6. Nebraska most likely studied SUCC game tape from the Boston Massacre, Arizona and UCLA games. I expect the CH’s to run and bubble screen to whichever side A. Jackson is guarding repeatedly, and eventually A. J. leave the field with unspecified injuries.

The combination to of wanting win one for Bo and the program, Neb’s multiple option, ground orientated offense and mean defense will ultimately plow SUCC under – I mean SUCCster’s, SUCC isn’t facing Colo., Washington St., Fresno St. or ND here.

    Nebraska breezes bye SUCC’s lame nag 38 – 14.
