Rumor Of The Day

PENDERGASTFormer USC defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast could be hired by Washington State. Is it possible Pendergast could go two seasons without coaching somewhere? Washington State seems an ideal spot for him with his Pac-12 background.

  1. Just rub our wounds (losses) with more salt Scott Wolf telling us Clancy Pendergast is still available.
I’m waiting to see whom is hired to replace O-line coach Drevno since it is evident we are stuck with Wilcox as DC. PAC-12 is getting more competitive (considered the top football league this year) and that means the head coach of the league’s flagship program better be up to the task of getting this program “back where it belongs”. Steve Sarkisian, the honeymoon is definitely overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

  2. Clancy should be a defensive coordinator in the NFL. He’s one of the best in the business and wouldn’t have to recruit.

  3. Clancy might not have been the best, but he was a darn sight better than Wilcox. Wilcox hasn’t made to the forward pass in the rule book yet. He didn’t know it was a legal play.

  4. I’m so glad Steve Sarkisian decided to keep Justin Wilcox, because that means his execution date will be a lot sooner then later. So let’s wait and see what average offensive line coach USC will have to grossly over pay, to be part of Sarkisian’s staff.
