  1. You laid it all out, wolfman, he HAD NO CHOICE but leave…

Which makes all the cheap shots against one of their own by the Dummies, so hard to read.

    • Bucket, so is “Brutus Beefcake” kinda like your version of Dom DeLuise’s “Captain Chaos” character from “Cannonball Run”?

      • This faux account has clear making of Bucket, which has clear makings of Scottie. Oh what a tangled web we weave.

        • I’ve never understood this notion that Wolf is secretly posting as Bucket. I mean, we have all seen how Wolf writes (and how he speaks in his videos). This is not a guy capable of adopting a zany internet persona. Also, if we’re being honest, Bucket’s posts usually contain far fewer typos.

          • Dupree, once Hillary/Helen locates a bone, what little common sense she possesses, evaporates.

          • The evidence that Bucket is Scottie is fairly strong:

            — Have you ever seen Scottie and Bucket in the same room?

            — Like Scottie, Bucket posts the same half dozen reoccurring themes.

            — Bucket has been on this blog since it started.

            — Bucket defends Scottie but doesn’t seem to defend UCLA.

            — Bucket is frequently the first one to post a reply.

            — Bucket boasts about kicking readers off the blog.

            — Most of what Bucket posts are not real words so less opportunity for a typo.

            — Scottie is a lot smarter than you think – maybe the Scottie persona is the acting job and Bucket is the real Scott Wolf (like the Pee Wee Herman persona)

          • Come to think of it, I’ve never seen YOU and Scottie in the same room!

“Scottie is a lot smarter than you think” — that might be the nicest thing anyone has said about Wolf on this blog.

          • You forgot the issue about Barkley and the “signature win”. Bucket beat it to death then Wolf posted about it too. But Wolf doesn’t read the blog remarks. Ya right.

      • I’m not this person, but my understanding is Brutus “the Barber” Beefcake was a wrestler during the glory days. He would strut around and the crowd would chant Brutus…..Beefcake! He didn’t have the best moves but in wrestling as in life, personality goes a long way.

        • Chuck,
While you’re at it, why don’t you tell us which other names you are NOT so we can have a good laugh.

          • Aren’t you the guy who claims Wolf is really Thai and or Bucket?

            you got no street cred.

            Brutus……Beefcake

          • just cause i haven’t posted comments doesn’t mean i’m new here. i’ve been reading this blog 5-10 yrs.

          • Alright I’ll play along.
What you should have said is you have been misreading this blog for 5-10 years because I have never made such claims.

          • i just reviewed that string, just cause Bucket referenced me, doesn’t mean anything, Beefcake is world renowned.

ah, now that was a comment string!! rough and tumble in those days, it’s got a little too civil lately…except for some weirdo lashing out with Punjab insults.

reading old Bucket comments is like watching old video of Jordan taking off from the free throw line….

            #Sublime

          • Bucket, you know I condemn the use of multiple handles. I would never stoop to such a thing.

        • Only in the world of professional wrestling would a guy named “Brutus Beefcake” need a nickname.
A name like Brutus Beefcake just wasn’t enough so he added “the Barber” so he would stand out.

          • well done. but to answer your rhetorical question, he was famous for winning “hair matches” (where loser gets his hair cut off) so Brutus started to carry scissors around, thus earning the nickname, “the barber”

          • yeah i do. but then, i also miss those head lice i caught from that Southern Cal girl i dated.

ahhhh…seeing Nobs dragged out into the light of day was so sugary sweeeeet!! how many times has a vile troll been exposed??? not many, that i know of!!

betomas, you will always have a place in the Pantheon of Cadre greats!!!

  2. Meanwhile… USC has a big recruiting weekend coming up with:

        • Gosh Wan uppa your bumski. You know where you head is stuck. Peck, peck, peck.

          What is innuendo SUCC Descent.

      • I told you… Alize Jones was going to Notre Dame. Decommitted from Ucla today and chose the irish. I told you that a few weeks ago, and you thought I had no idea what I was talking about. You didn’t believe me. I’m seriously not throwing it in your face. Alize Jones decommiting might not be a big deal to you. You’ve probably questioned some things in recruiting that I’ve commented on. Don’t know why, but you have a couple of times. Again not throwing in your face, just reminding you that I know what I’m talking about.

        • It has been rumored for months that Jones would flip to ND. We will see what happens with Clark. Could be a net gain. Signing day usually comes with a few surprises.

          • Oh for sure it was a rumor for a long time. Pretty much decommitted the whole time. But so called ucla fans on this site think they know it all and hate to hear stuff that make them sad. I agree, it was old news.

          • Good luck with getting Clark…the opportunity to play with Rosen will be a key factor….I wonder if Jim Mora will shake Brian Kelly’s hand if that were to happen?…..perhaps a little cheek fondling?…….verbal commitments are virtually meaningless, IMO….kids

        • UCLA 38 – Clown U. 20: Mora 3 – 0
          UCLA 83 – Clown U. 66: Alford 3 – 0

          “splain that saspool.

      • Since your obsess about USC more than your team, how is that Alize Jones recruitment working out??You probably don’t know because you are here instead of focusing on your own team.

    • obviously Helen does not feel anything towards previous USC commits who would like to play also…just new guys…thank god I don’t have this attitude

    • Houston, Green, & Gustin. We’re coming down to the wire in recruiting. We need to lock’m down this weekend!

  3. Thanks Scott for another useless poll – here’s more reason to play ball at Sc, according to Sports Illustrated “USC, thanks to its Los Angeles location and proud heritage, produces more football actors than any other school. The latest: Chauncey Washington. For years he kicked around NFL practice squads, trying to latch on at running back. Now, he plays a running back on TV.”

  4. Of course he was right to go pro. Imbecile Sarkisian has promised starting time and playing time to alot of other WR’s besides this fine young man who has been at USC for years. It is the state of the game.College football is run by 18 yr old high school seniors. If you are not going to let them come in and START right away…they are going somewhere else unless maybe you have their type of gangsta rap playing everyday in practice and can bring their favorite hip hop artist in to talk to them

God bless this kid #1 WR in his class who chose USC. We screwed him over and I hope he does well in the NFL.

    • you and your vile Punjabi insults. and bringing family in to this?? quite the Laresn move.

dangerous webb you weave…how do you know the moderator is not from Punjab?

  5. If he stayed he would just get hurt again. Go ahead and save the school the medical bills.
