  1. ESPN just published GRADUATION RATES/Ranking for the top 25 College Football Schools for the 2014/2015 Season. Guess which school finished ranked #1….and guess which school ranked #25?
    LIMBO U….you’ve done it again!

        • No. I am male and I was not pregnant. Whooosh…right over your head. You are nice person.

        • Wolfy, that’s getting a little crude, even for your standards. I will say I’m impressed how you easily you can jump from one troll to the next and stay in character.

    • I’d like to see the TROLL RATES for college fan bases. Guess which school’s “fans” would come in first?!?

    • Top 25 is pretty damn good Wolf when you consider how many guys we’ve sent to the NFL.

      • Bucket, you and I don’t always see eye to eye but, as they say down south, occasionally even a blind pig finds an acorn. Would you please explain the concept of academic freedom, about a student’s right to make decisions about discontinuing matriculation at at even, “GASP!” UCLA, for what ever personal reason they see fit. I will defer matters relating to Scatology Economics to UCLA owns a football but this basic right applies to even those who choose not to use toilet paper.

        • Me and the south don’t mix well. I won’t go into many details why, but let’s just say it isn’t because I order wine spritzers. As far as your question, I don’t know what you said. You used a lot of big words they didn’t teach me at PCC. But what does that matter when you’re as OUTRAGIOUS as I am.

      • He’s (at best) still at SMC and they’re planning on ‘term limiting him out’ – they have a 10 year limit

  2. Such a low graduation rate is disappointing and a school of USC’s caliber should be much higher. Hopefully the school and athletic dept. are working to improve the situation. It would be interesting to know how many former athletes return to school to finish their degree. Taking advantage of the “return anytime” program that USC and many other schools have in place. Not sure if UCLA, not a knock, has the program. But as a public institution it may not have the option. BTW-both USC and UCLA enjoy stellar reputations as top schools. Beyond the petty, but fun, back and forth between fans, each schools fans have a lot to be proud of.

    • Yes, especaily Thug U or 8 Crap or ugly, with their determined and focused leader, Johnny Cheetin’ Wooden.

  3. Graduation rate is a meaningless statistic. Universities can establish minimum credits per semester in order to be a full time student and be eligible for scholarships. Same with GPA. Whether an athlete leaves early for pro sports or fails to meet the requirements to graduate for a variety of personal reasons is outside their purview.

    • So attending a 2nd tier college like Clown U is a meaningless educational exercise; And a SUCC degree isn’t worth, as I interpret your thread DP, a hand full of Russian toilet paper.

  4. What? No mention made about the fact that Shaw and Pullard wore different helmets? Shaw wore the traditional colored helmet and Pullard wore the Christmas bulb helmet, as Scott would like to say.
