Taeon Mason To Washington State

Cornerback Taeon Mason of Muir High School in Pasadena committed officially to Washington State. He previously committed to USC but decommitted recently, though with USC’s scholarship crunch, he was probably given a gentle nudge.

  1. For the record note that Wolfie is not saying that letting this kid get away is a mistake. But needless to say in a couple years when the kid has a couple good games for Wazzu Wolfe will bag on SC for not signing him.

    • But Wolfie will ignore all the good calls or just say they were 4 and 5 stars, so what do you expect?

And Wolfie’s wrong here. This was no gentle nudge. This was a complete drop-off and been in the works for a long time. Everybody knew while Wolfie speculated.

But let’s face it. It’s more fun making fun of the Trolls and Wolfie than expecting to actually read anything INSIDE SC here. Wolfie’s got a great con going here. Not many bloggers can know so little and actually survive.

  2. Better to Wazzou than to Oregon, Stanford, or Arizona State – our competitors for the P12 title next fall….

  3. Taeon Mason was not much of a recruit anyway. Muir high school didn’t even win the pacific league in CIF. He just is not a winner… He is a “six win Taeon”+ “7 win sark” wound have been disastrous.

    • Man ?

The Dude (A local) committed a while back, he “knew” that the Trojans were receiving “high” end Talent and came to the conclusion that USC would send him elsewhere !

      Why rip his talent ?

      Why rip Muir High ??

      I wish Tae’on Mason the Best !!

      Thanx for trying…

      • Because…Muir got their a$$es kicked by CV and other low level teams. They always got fat off of one of the worst leagues in the Southern Section…but Taeon’s team finished 6-5. Taeon is just not a winner. You need to recruit kids who are used to winning.

        • Listen to TED you RAH RAH’s….Ted’s a winner…just ask him, he’ll tell you so…
Your mommy couldn’t be wrong, could she Ted?
          fite Un!

      • Agree, any young man that can be offered a paid university scholarship, and participate in college sports is blessed .Be it at a small school in Maine or big school such as USC. My respect goes out to all student athletes..

  4. The pieces are falling into place beautifully. Looks like USC has an extra scholarship beyond the dream signing of Marshall, Green, Houston & Gustin.

I wonder who Sark is going after with this bonus opening? Wheatley, who can OL and DL? Or Kevin Scott?

  5. So I went to KFC drive thru and asked for a 2pc meal grilled white meat (I dont hate). They said okay my order would be ready at the 2nd window. When I got there they told me they didn’t have any more grilled breasts. I said what. And they said what.
