Notable Swim Meet

No. 3 Cal defeated the No. 14-ranked USC women’s swim team today, 197.5-102.5. But the meet was notable because the Pac-12 Network telecast featured the return of analyst and former Olympian, Amy Van Dyken, since she was involved in a life-threatening ATV accident in June.
Here’s the feature that opened the telecast of today’s meet on Van Dyken.

  1. If I dare state anything negative about women’s sports, Ugly Bucket (Thaimex and the Count etc), Owns, and other SUCLA vermin will accuse me of being sexist.

I love women more than most men, but when it comes to sports I am bored by their play, although I love their enthusiasm and am happy they can experience the comradery

  2. All the best to Amy, a champion who is showing us how to face adversity and make the most out of life. God Bless you, Amy.
