Todd McNair Documents Will Be Available To Public

The NCAA cannot seal internal emails and documents related to the Todd McNair case, the state of California 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled Friday. The documents will not immediately become public so the NCAA can seek further judicial review.

McNair sued the NCAA after being penalized when the organization sanctioned USC. He has not coached since the sanctions. A case management hearing is scheduled for May 14 regarding McNair’s lawsuit against the NCAA.

  1. The NCAA might as well hand the goods over to Yahoo Sports right now and fire any staffers who survived the Miami fiasco.

    • Start with the head Marc Emmert – the guy is like so many ‘management types’ nothing in his core but to avoid any real hard work or leadership.

      • and you’re just like soooo many alcoholics that hang around the V.A. Only difference is those V.A. guys had “huevos”…You’re a bigger Coward than o.J.

  2. In the words of Scooby-Doo, “whaaaa-ohhhhh!”

Guess what’s coming next; further HUGE embarrassment for NCAA, a return of the BCS trophy, Heisman, along with vacated Wins, and a lot of LOL’s tweeted by Reggie Bush – who we will see on the SC sideline against Alabama in 2016

    #Youhearditherefirst

    • I still wouldn’t let Bush back at USC as the damage he caused goes beyond Wins and Heismans.

      • I agree, as I always do with you, dear Helen 🙂 but the kids love him! Personally, that past is the past as far as I am concerned, but I am looking forward to the NCAA being brought to their knees for their heinous ways.

        • Yeah I know they love Reggie. Even some of this years recruits mentioned being inspired by Reggie. But I have a hard time forgiving someone who acted so selfishly.

          • Hi Helen , I seem to remember about 4 to 6 weeks ago Bucket had an exclusive and said we heard it here first that McNair was going down and all this crap! The problem is , he had it all wrong and the NCAA is back peddling as fast as they can go! I wonder if Croch boy will admit he was wrong for the s..t he said in the earlier post, but then again, only a man with heuvos would do that!
I seem to remember “rents” was in on it too!

          • Ray, the trolls are here, not to discuss football, but to make personal attacks on the readers. In some sad sort of way this makes them feel empowered. You correctly identified their problem as 12 heuvos short of a dozen.

      • Yet you’d welcome Pete Carroll with open arms because “he didn’t know anything was going on.”

        Sure, bud.

    • Yo, delusional, SCoundrels don’t want the spotlight since the payment system finally got rebooted

  3. Once again, USC athletic supporters assume these are materials only potentially embarrassing to the NCAA.

    Most erroneous assumption….ever.

    • So the NCAA kept the really dirty stuff out of their USC report for their “private stash”? Okay.

    • Actually, the ncaa will relaease their finding on Johnny Cheetin’ Wooden as well and how the ncaa coddled Johnny Cheetin’ Wooden.

  4. They don’t call it LIMBO U for nothing! The “Todd McNair affair” is gonna put knuckleheads on DEATH ROW with the NCAA. It will be YEARS before you recover..but fret not, because by that time…many people will forget the NIKE shoes on McKay were not a big goof! If you like watching car crashes (I loved the old figure 8 Car Races at the Old Ascot Raceway)…The “McNair Affair” will turn out to be one great big enjoyable mess.

  6. I see an unrecoverable server crash in the NCAA’s future. “Oooops, guess we should have had Geek Squad,” said Mark Emmett.

  7. NCAA ,like the Govt, has deep, deep, pockets…absolute power as we know is absolute in power and corruption…long time coming, but they will pay out, more heads will roll;some have already left; the money they rake in will find its way to lawyers and the injured parties that have suffered loss over the years in their personal lives job loss, etc… too bad it takes so long, but the effort to delay further adds to more punitive excesses and the cover up might end this type of ridiculous power the NCAA somehow has engorged itself with, even telling schools who or what their mascot can or cannot be or who an institution can or cannot hire.Hope I live long enough to see it brought to its knees,or dissolved.
