    • Somewhere between slim and none. As Lloyd Christmas would say, “So you’re telling me I’ve got a chance”!

      • and Slim just got on the bus…….it’s obviously a longshot, at best…… but stranger things have happened….. and how sweet would it taste?….

        • It appears you have taken T-Fail’s title as “most post’s with nothing to say” title…Congrats,, you’ve deserved it.

  1. Question of the Day – Does Wolf have any chance of posting something without a huge typo or grammatical error?

    • “Do you think Andy Enfield have any chance of beating UCLA tomorrow?”…..I don’t know… Do he?

  2. Anybody who has ever played the game of basketball knows how shooting can be very fickle. Some days you just don’t have it.

So if SUCLA shoots 30% and SC can somehow shoot about 45%, then the Trojans will make a game of it.

But too many times in Pauley Pavilion I have watched SUCLA go on one of their runs, and it is ‘Katy bar the Door’ time.

    • Our only hope is that UCLA scores only 7 points in the first half, like they did earlier this season against Kentucky…..

      • Kentucky plays defense. Enfield has not figured out how to coach defense yet. Alford only slightly better.

        • Rebounding, especially offensive rebounding, seems to be a lost art……say what you will about Dennis Rodman, but the man absolutely owned the boards……

          • UCLA rebounds fairly well on the offensive glass, which is a good thing because our guards throw up a lot of bad shots early in the shot clock. Brain surgeons. Your kid, Reinhart (?) would fit right in. Big ego, little game.

          • I’m not so sure about that….the game I watched against Arizona recently, UCLA’s rebounding was atrocious…..23 total rebounds….. with a grand total of 1 offensive rebound…..this season, Norman Powell has 143 total rebounds, of which 17 are offensive…. Kevon Looney seems to be the main force on the glass…281 total boards, with 105 on the offensive end…..their rebounding against WSU was basically even….On the season, USC has a total of 1055 rebounds (340 offensive) and UCLA has a total of 1161 rebounds (378 offensive)…..we shall see….

          • I believe UCLA is #2 in PAC12 in rebounding..just something I heard from an announcer. Haven’t confirmed as I don’t really care about this team. They play selfish, undisciplined, unfocused basketball and no defense. It is a poorly coached team and being better than SC isn’t exactly a standard for anyone. Our BB rival is Arizona and right now we aren’t competitive.

    • Nothing to get too excited about here, JW. 2 Teams going nowhere. It UCLA gets to the dance, it won’t be a very long song. And, NIT’s don’t get anyone too excited in Westwood.

      • Who would have thought that UCLA men’s basketball would be reduced to a “bracket buster” type of team?…..oh, how the mighty have fallen….

  3. this is for ALL THE MARBLES, wolfman!!!

if UCLA loses, we are KNOCKED out of the NCAA’s!!!! and Bucket has to Leave Town for the REST of the YEAR!!!

can the trOXans SHOCK THE WORLD????

Can the Cadre SURVIVE the loss of one of it’s most prominent leaders???

  4. What’s so big about UCLA’s basketball team ? Steve Alford has them underachieving, and I would’t be surprised if he’s not on the hot seat, if they don’t improve in a big way next season.
