USC Morning Buzz: More Adoree

Here’s more on Adoree Jackson, who as USC’s most-electrifying player is probably who the school should promote for the Heisman Trophy. But it will likely instead be quarterback Cody Kessler.

  1. Why can’t USC promote Kessler this year and Adoree next year? Oh, that would actually make sense.

  2. Mr Wolf
Based on your past actions, I suspect if USC was promoting Mr Jackson you would be questioning why they are not being loyal to Mr. Kessler. In my day we had a word for you but a gentlemen would never use it in public.

  3. After reading else where what Adoree said, seems SW left out an answer to
Another question which was “When do you think you can win the Heisman?
At this point ,in answer he expressed his faith in God,went further into his faith and belief….and expressed it was his place to be patient and wait his turn.”I’m
Just going to be patient and wait my turn””be patient and wait your turn and good things can happen for you”…………seems to me this shows more maturity
And faith that his play will produce results in time..he also said it could happen in any of next 3 years….I believe he recognizes others on his team may have their time…(his captain,qb)……….has S.wolf ever given a complete story with context?
Trojans could possibly see back to back Heismans…..

      • This should teach Adoree, and the rest of the team, to always be suspicious of the round guy asking questions, wearing a Swordsmen sweatshirt……

      • Yes, oh what a tangled web he weaves, when he practices to deceive …..
        Or as in animal house(cough..bull s….,bull s…)……

  4. Right Scottie, stab Kessler in the back.

Arguably JuJu Smith had a better freshman year than Adoree Jackson.

    • Perhaps Scott should ask Kessler what he thinks about the school promoting the “wrong” candidate for the Heisman…

    • One wonderful pattern is developing again at USC…
Muiltiple players that are getting award consideration.
Many times goes hand and hand with wins…..team success .
Time for the good times to roll…..

      • well, the funny part is that nobody’s considering anyone at SC for awards other than themselves. Across town, however, they’ve got linebacker awards stacking up, a RB who’s in the Heisman talk and 3 guys who could go first round this year. #yesterdayU

  5. “USC’s triple-threat Adoree Jackson starts his own Heisman Trophy campaign”…..nice headline, Scott….

  6. Wolf has the cart so far ahead of the horse it is unreal. Right now Wolf you should be making sure Jackson is getting enough touches to make you look good.

    • As I read down these comments, I wondered: “Am I a troll?”

USC fans are not in reality.

Heisman for USC player? First, win the conference.

Kessler? First, play big in ONE game against equals.

Jackson? What an ego, How about top CB in the Pac-12 this year?

And readers ponder this nonsense as though it had merit.
