The Galen Center had a rare tennis match scheduled for Wednesday night but star attraction Pete Sampras withdrew because of an injury.Instead, Mark Philippoussis will face Jim Courier in a one-set semifinal match Wednesday while Andy Roddick and James Blake play in the other semifinal.
Maybe the Galen Center will have soft-serve ice cream to make up for Sampras’ withdrawal.
Well, at least the ice cream machine has something in common with former UCLA Bruin, Pete Sampras…. soft serve…. before you trolls have a melt down, like a soft serve cone on a hot summer day, I am well aware of the fact that Sampras had one of the best, and fastest serves that tennis has ever seen… over 130mph….not bad
