Steve Mitchell Play Of The Day

MITCHELL.SPRING

Wide receiver Steven Mitchell made the play of the day at today’s Coliseum practice when he caught a pass and weaved through the defense, eluding several tacklers, most notably a diving Adoree Jackson. He is beginning to look like the player Lane Kiffin raved about before he tore knee ligaments.

“I can throw a 1-yard route to Steven and let him go 40-to-50-yards,” Cody Kessler said.

    • Too bad your OL coach Klemm can’t be at spring practices because he was caught cheating. Where is CHEATING on Wooden’s (I mean Gilbert’s) Pyramid and why did he leave such an integral part of his plan hidden from public view? Duh.

      • Losing Klemm, Ubricht (sp?) and Hundley has gotta be a concern for them, but hey, who cares right? They need to worry about their basketball program.

      • Caught cheating? Well, I guess taking a recruit to a Clipper Game is cheating. caught and reported by UCLA. When was the last time USC self reported a violation? Let me help you, NEVER jcsasks!!

        • Klemm doesn’t know that’s a violation? Did he have a lobotomy? Did aliens perform surgery on his head? Maybe a stroke of some sort that erased the concept of extra benefit from his pea brain. Was it just a bad ice cream headache? Did he just decide not to ask any other little gutty geniuses about Clipper games or Adam Levine concerts? We all know Klemm, the so-called world’s best recruiter, couldn’t be so stupid. He’s a big-time cheater and fits in perfectly at Bridesmaid U, where drone-idiots like you celebrate and grovel over the King Cheater of all time – Wooden. And just when did Wooden ever self-report his and Gilbert’s constant cheating? Never dimwit. It’s a little gutty tradition. Cheat-On loser. It’s so little gutty of you.

          • Klown U FB, just paroled from three years of sanctions for cheating. Blowhard on Stinky.

          • Speaking of a cheating tradition, USC has been paying their players since 1903, did you know that?

    • Ouch! Adoree’ must be crying on his Pac-12 Freshman Defensive Player Of Year Award.

  1. Now this is the kind of “Inside USC” info I can appreciate, Wolf! Thank you very much. And hey, the trolls ain’t so bad either – it’s dang great to be a Trojan nowadays 🙂

  2. Doesn’t say much for the USC secondary that was one of the worse in the nation last year.

  3. Steven Mitchell will be a nice complement to JuJu Smith this year. He will have a immediate impact.

    • Wolf were you present to see the play or are you just grabbing info reported from someone else?
