Is there ever a quiet period around USC? In the past week, the NCAA finally released documents regarding the Reggie Bush case. An Expo Line train collided with a car. A Cal soccer player is tragically killed crossing the freeway after leaving a party on the Row.

Pat Haden announced he will not attend College Football Playoff meetings in Indianapolis. Andy Enfield broke a 92-year tradition and does not name an MVP at the basketball banquet. Armond Armstead settled his lawsuit against USC. What’s next?

  1. Scott, we all KNOW that you’re not complaining, as this makes your job SO much easier! It’s as if the stories write themselves. …BTW…..we are in one of the largest and most diverse cities in the world……you’re not digging up stories in Boise ……be grateful. ….

    • Wolf should be grateful something is going on at or around USC.. otherwise Wolf would just take pictures of the statues on the USC campus and add them to his blog..

    SUCLA vermin on Scott’s blog unanimously announce they are tired of years of belittling SC, and will now quit.

    Oh, it’s no longer April 1.

    Besides, the SUCLA creeps need this blog as therapy to feed their daily SC obsession.

    • Mai Tai Mix, the only national championship you guys win is, Cheating. You have done that so many times, you can do that in your sleep. Ask Johnny Cheetin’ Wooden, and Jim Harrick about cheating and they will give you countless hours on how they did it.

  9. The Enfield piece perhaps doesn’t belong. Does Adoree Jackson have a hang nail? That might supplant the Enfield story in terms of importance.

    • And none of the stories were broken from inside USC…..except the Enfield story, which was only given any media attention because only Scott felt that it was worthy of being reported

      • We all know Wolf doesn’t have his ear to the ground when it comes to recruiting. Because he didn’t even mention this week that former SC commit Desean Holmes’ cousin who is a five star cornerback visited last weekend and loved it. Hes been encouraged by Desean to play at SC despite his older cousin eventually not signing. That’s something recruiting nuts want to hear.

            USC has never produced an NFL Hall of Famer who was drafted outside of the first round. Of the 12 Trojans in the Hall of Fame, ten were first rounders and two were undrafted.

            Ron Mix was Mr. SD Charger, the anchor of the Charger’s Oline.

            Wood was a major component of GB’s defense and a member of 3 NFL title and 2 SB winning GB teams.

            I believe Mix was a part of a Charge AFL title team in the early 60’s.

          • Frank Gifford, Kathy Gifford’s husband, what a joke. The biggest thing Frank Gifford ever did on the NFL football field was lay unconscious.
