I will give Ruins fans credit about one thing. You don’t see the same amount of lionization of athletes who actually graduate. The USC Boards are filled with condescending “Congrads to a fine young man and upright citizen!” Some the older geezers on the boards are saying things that amount to “Such a credit to his race!” Jeez Louise.

When someone graduates at UCLA, you see some of that, but many more times it isn’t addressed. I wish it were more that way at the USC boards.

Buck Allen is going to get a college degree. Good. But then, as a college student, he should, especially if he is there for four years. It’s not like he invented Warp Drive.

BTW: This is not a troll post on Buck Allen. It is a troll post to all the commenters who act like this akin to winning a Nobel Prize.
