Mora has rebuilt a dead football program. Sark has squandered incredible talent wherever he goes.
Sark took over a WINLESS team….and then won 5 games the following year……what incredible talent has Sark squandered?…..you do know that three Washington Huskies were drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft a few weeks ago, right?… Three incredibly talented players that Sark apparently squandered?…..
I’m not gonna say Sark did a a great job at UW. But IMO he he did a good job and had them relevant again. At USC he has much to prove still. He started with nothing at UW and recruited pretty good. The talent that he has at USC and getting in recruiting is what is going to get him over the hump in coaching. I’d say he took a Pinto and made it into a nice Civic at UW. USC is a jet that just needs to take off. IMO. SARK and his staff can definitely do that.
Maybe, but if you closely dissect his wins. He hasn’t done anything. Maybe at UCLA beating USC is enough. But when you are 0-7 against the conference champs, that’s not saying enough for me to take him as my coach. I respec him and what he’s doing at Ucla. But at USC you can’t win against your rival and get blown out against the champs 7 times in a row. Remember. They were all blow outs.
