Like the uniforms for day games. This team has so many juniors that are eligible to be drafted, and leave early imperative to make a major run in the tournament. Only real contributors Martinez, Southall, and Hart are sure to return for next season. The loser bracket is truly unfair with a team having to play five games total to win the four while other team needs only three wins.
Five games in 4 days for SC or SDSU to win the group, that is tough. Virginia has come west and taken care of business.
How is our pitching staff holding up?
Pitching staff in good shape for possible doubleheader today with Hart in 1st game and sure Wheatley saved for 2nd game duty. Who knows about Monday if that happens with Davis on two days rest or Bernardo Flores for a few innings.
