No Felony Charges For Sean Combs Over Kettlebell Incident

Nothing to see here. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office will not file felony charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs for the kettlebell incident at UCLA. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office will now decide whether to file misdemeanor charges.

“We are thankful that the District Attorney rejected felony charges in this matter. This case never should have been part of the criminal justice system to begin with,” said Combs’ lawyer, Mark Geragos.

  1. Nothing to it Klownster’s. Otis had UCLA kicked out the Pac-12 and the FB program slapped with heavy sanctions. Oh well.

      • I don’t know – it’s that or keep posting here with his three id’s (see above)

          • Come sas, Little Diddy has done some heavy hitting on ST’s. If I needed someone to bring the wood between LD and AJ, LD gets my vote.

          • God bless his heart, but Nueheisel wasted a perfectly good scholarship on him. Im not saying he can’t play football. He’s just not a Pac 12 player. You know that deep down. You don’t recruit a kid all the way from New Jersey to get a quality special teamer out of him.

          • That was the best scholarship new-weasel could possibly have offered.
He found a way for the billionaire Diddy to donate funds to the school.
Buying his kid a way to a college team – never happened before?!

          • But now they have to worry about Diddy leaving his seat in the press box to attack any announcers who speak of this incident.

    • That was about as interesting as Ucla football gets, and now that saga is more or less done (still wondering how deep the inside threats go, and when the Combs kid will be named Team Captain as a result)- oh well, that was your minute in the spotlight, hope you enjoyed it! But wait, Snoop is on his way to stir it up again…

      • I heard Snoop is coming out with his own brand of weed – called Bruin Buzz.

      • You Klownsters went ballistic over Kettlebell gate and saturated this blog with Bruin schadenfreude. As Chicky Bird use to say, “no harm, no foul.”

So Kettlebell gate lasts about 2 days, and “rescue yarn” gate still smothers.

  2. Let’s see if the target of Combs decides to not move for settlement – his or her counsel would be foolish not to press for such.

  3. That’s funny, I swear I read these exact same words at the LA Times website.

  4. SEE??? what did i TELL you wolfman!!!! that’s how we DO IT, boyeeeeeez!!!

all DONE!!!! Dandy Dan just picks up the phone and makes a few calls, and it’s FINIS!!!!!!!

now REALLY wolfman, do you think Paddy O’Hadden couldda shut something like this down THIS FAST????

    #buhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    #BAM!!!!!

  5. Everybody has always known there wouldn’t be any felony charges filed (no contact, duh) and there won’t be any misdemeanor charges either. Alosi’s such a bad prosecution witness, with such a crappy rep for ultra-hazing and unethical conduct, the authorities would rather he just go swimming off the North Carolina coast – now, while the sharks are still hungry.

The damage has already been done to ucla, Alosi and Mora. We all know now. ucla’s staff is filled with molestation supporters, cheats, thugs and screaming facecuppers. Players are getting run off left and right.

The little gutties are headed back down where they belong and never even managed to get into a decent bowl game. Such a shame. So predictable.

    • jackie boy…soooo typically RAH RAH and SUNSHINE PUMPING…..you are a clown in the truest sense…
btw…your partner in the comedy routine (you’re the ‘funny guy’, he’s the straight/queer? man’) low-yer john was 100% certain p. dippy was gonna do time…
      ON ANOTHER NOTE…..it’s all good!
Bovada just came out with their over/under predictions for the PAC 12, and guess what??????? They’ve predicted you KLOWNS will finish THIRD in the PAC 12 SOUTH!!!!
      8 and five!!!!!!!!
      goodness gracious sakes alive…
can i get a great big torgan fit ung shout out from all my torgie buddies out there!
      FIT UNG

    • But OJ managed to get his own personal Nevada cell; Reggie Bush managed to be the first Heisman Trophy recipient to forfeit the award and forced to payback illegal source of funds; and, of course, Josh Shaw wrote the definitive Klown U hero screenplay titled the “rescue yarn.”

Has Sark unload the palace yet?

    • So right again, Jack. Justin Combs only had 1 tackle last year and it was against the Trojans. Without him playing, the Bruins are doomed. This is a loss of major proportions.

      • Whoever said Justin Combs had a future at ucla? Is that your idea? Not mine. You had a better team last year with all your tough games at home and still choked and lost three. Now you have a baby QB, a staff full of weirdos and a head coach who’s never won big. Never, wherever he’s been. Good times.

        • You’re right Jackie, that Mora is 3 – 0 vs socal is no big deal – can of corn as it were.

  6. All the little bruins thank you for making this their little site to come hide in. We have all been on the edge of our seats waiting to hear this outcome, it means so much to the USC family.

    • Wolf is basically doing Wang’s job. Wang will probably write about all of this in about a month or two. That’s why I generally stopped checking Wang’s weblog.

  7. I think P Diddys goons went into Mora’s office and strong armed him like a couple of bookie henchmen and made him say “uncle!”

      • If I were Justin Combs I would transfer somewhere like a Rutgers or Penn St. Somewhere back east where he came from. I think it’s too awkward for him and the coaching staff to try and continue together. IMO

          • I just don’t think you can repair what happened, and he’s not gonna see any playing time on defense.

          • He needs to head down the road. Mora was nice in that he honored the scholarship offer from Neuheisel. He is probably regretting it now. Daddy Diddy hanging around on a regular basis is not a good thing. Hopefully, we aren’t dealing with the Broadus family on the field daily. Time to play football.

          • I think snoop will be on your sidelines yelling, just not at the coaches. He was really vocal when Cordell did something wrong. But I don’t think snoop will be a distraction. he has more class than Diddy and knows what competitive sports are about. Especially in college football.

          • Little Diddy is strictly ST’ s material. I see no reason why he can’t stay.

What’s LD suppose to do, dlis his hot head father in public. Thug Diddy won’t be around the UCLA campus anymore.

          • I was checking out NBCsports and read that in February LD went to the NBA All Star game with Diddy and missed another workout. And Aliosi put a picture of LD sitting courtside next to Diddy and Ben Stiller up on all the tv monitors in the training room and wrote “while all you are here training, this guy is here”

Aliosi and LD beef goes back then. It also said that Aliosi would tell LD you need to quit and go work for your dad.

          • So in the end maybe something good will come of it? Who needs a diddy daddy.

      • A divorce could make him a better coach. Or it could lead him in a downward spiral.

      • IF that is the case, which none of us know for sure, sometimes that is a great idea.

  8. The news is that the coaches have changed Justin’s position and he will now be playing left out for the remainder of his Bruhn career…

  9. Meanwhile… There is a great story on E-S-P-N for Scottie to read – “Troy Polamalu story shows 3-star recruits why heart and character matter most”

  10. Shut up Geragos. I hate these criminal lawyers, they all have given the term “lawyer” a bad name. Your client deserved to be in the criminal system, although probably not as a potential felon.

This stupid rapper, sorry I am not a fan of this type of “music,” at the least committed an assault. And it was captured on video and witnessed by several SUCLAs.

And I don’t believe for a moment that this ex-con was acting in self-defense.
