This was a Steve Sarkisian quote that drew attention at Pac-12 media day.
“We’re not going to take the field in 13 different uniforms in 13 different games this fall. We’re going to wear cardinal and gold.”
So is that consistent with wearing an alternate uniform in 2016? Is it OK as long it’s not every week?
You’re too much Wolfie. We haven’t even started the 2015 season yet and you’re blowing a gasket over a one game alternative uni in 2016, which may never even happen. Are you that hard up for material?
Why yes, yes he is hard.up for material.
Or as you have stated before, Wolfian “logic” rears its denuded head yet again…
Denuded head indeed
*g*o*l*l*y*-*n*e*r*d* rears his furry head yet again. Sorry your losing streak continued this weekend.
Because nobody posted anything he could cut and paste.
I don’t deduct anything about Alternative Uniforms in 2016 from that quote.
Such a bitter person you seem to be SW.No pride, how can you even appear to respect tradition ? when posts consistently disrespect coaches and at times players.A true journalist is accountable, while at the same time holding those one writes about accountable.
Bloggers aren’t accountable… CJ Spiller, anyone??
True..and the site I believe is the property of the Daily News, which I think is the one who writes the checks. Couple months ago they showed some accountability..Would be nice to show some more with staff.
Neither are Scott Wollf stalkers, *g*o*l*l*y*-*n*e*r*d*…
US News and Wolrd Report had a great article about you at Boston this weekend.
Scottie, Sark is saying there won’t be an alternate uniform every week; and if there was an alternate uniform, it would be Cardinal and Gold.
wolfman, LOVE your STYLE!!! you rope-a-dope the BUDDIES into feeling all safe and secure and then right before they settle in for their Sunday night mimi’s, you hit them with a vicious crouch kick!!
these dudes are so easily rattled, now they’ll be tossing and turning all night!!!
#TotallyRuthlessVato
You are so predictable, and so is you little buddy the mex. Will your guys be wearing that butt ugly uniform again this season?
you KNOW we will!!!!l and we’ll be looking DAMN GOOD doing it!!!!
#UltimateJealousy
Wow, this is a new low in dumb. No, when a coach says what they are going to do in “this” season, it isn’t consistent with what will happen in 2016, because that isn’t “this” year. Even if we discard things like, um, the english language, and equate “this fall” and “2016”, I guess an alternate cardinal and gold uniform is somehow a different color combination? I don’t think I’ve seen many “SC Plans to Wear Their Same Uniforms” stories, so I’m curious how much interest this drew.
If you’re going to turn your blog into your #outfitoftheday Instagram post, please try harder.
Wait a second, you posted pretty much the exact same thing on Friday. Two three sentence posts and they have the same quote and 2016 uniform speculation. You get paid for this? Stick to the super creepy videos.
Oregon got they’re feelings hurt over nothing. Nothing. Sark wasn’t disrespecting them or sending a cheap shot. He was just saying were USC. We might have an alternate look this season. We might not. But alternate uniforms work for some teams. Meaning Oregon. That’s all. I don’t think this will be bulletin board material for the Ducks. It’s not an issue.
you sound a little scared….you should be…
flight ung
Why did they beat you guys last year? Are they any good?
Didn’t the Ducks make the title game last year?
They overreacted, big time…..now, what WOULD be a big issue is if we decided to switch from Nike uniforms, which will never happen, to adidas or Under Armor……..
USC, Oregon of course, North Carolina, and Florida St. are schools who’ll most likely never leave Nike.
I just hope I don’t see all white cleats. USC has never wore white cleats.
Why not? The brainless rah rahs will support anything Sark does.
White cleats at USC? Sounds evil!
I always think of the Oakland A’s whenever I hear the subject of white cleats……
For some reason. White cleats only belong to Oakland.
And Billy “White Shoes” Johnson, when he played in the NFL with the old Houston Oilers……
This has become a fashion police blog. To bad, but it has never been that good anyway.
