Mique Juarez Puts On A Show

North Torrance linebacker Mique Juarez, still officially committed to USC, also plays quarterback. He had 2 TD passes and ran for 2 TDs, including a 78-yard scoring run, in the first half against Peninsula today. By the way, UCLA assistant coach Scott White was at the game.

UPDATED: Juarez rushed for 3 TDs, passed for 3 TDs, scored a two-point conversion and played linebacker-safety in a 40-14 victory.

  1. article in the O.C. register titled ‘USC would be better off without’ Cutty and Phaden……..Doesn’t get more PATHETIC than this one….Nice of the writer to also remind all of us about the great accomplishments of your basketball coach too….He’s probably the biggest beneficiary of all the attention directed at CUTTY and Phaden.
Clown school?….You make the call because the O.C. Register already has…

    • ThaiMex would rather post on another school’s website. Maybe powder blue doesn’t want him???

    • Thai, thanks for the heads up on this sweeet article!!

money Quote: “Indeed Haden’s USC has become a national joke” …..umm you mean like a CLOWN COLLEGE???

HAWR-HAWR!!! and i thought the WOLFMAN was the only one using the trOXans for crotch kicking practice!!! first Hoffarth, now Scott Ried, ESPN, WHO’S GOT NEXT????

      #PilingOn

      • Charles, I mentioned that article a couple of days ago. As much as I hate to admit, it was spot on.

        • lots of heat on Haden…i recall some talk about him having health problems, which i hope is not accurate, but all the stress can’t be good for him. we all like Paddy Boy, wouldn’t want him to stress himself into the hospital.

    • Mai Tai mix, why do you hate usc so much? Is it because you got turned down from USC and had to go to ugly and the only program for you was Pizza Delivery boy? Just wondering.

  2. Here’s why he’ll be a Trojan. For one thing he wants to play in the NFL. And wants to be used like Sua Craven. Cravens will have an awesome year and enter the NFL. This is a factor playing into Juarez’ commitment. He may flip flop from SC to UCLA. But if USC plays up to expectations and Cravens shows how Juarez can be utilized, then Juarez will end up as a Trojan.

    • bias aside, i have no doubt he’ll decommit. not saying we’ll get him, but decommit is sure thing. he’s still flirting big time with UCLA, that’s for sure.

      • He’s a tough one to read. I really think he’s genuinely interested in both programs. And I think final decision will come in November after the game.

      • You call it “flirting” but just like how you thought you had adoree and biggie, it’s really just teasing – these guys tell all about dirty bruin recruiting tactics and then assistant coaches got to be diciplined by hours and hours of face-cupping by the beedy-eyed chimp in darkness

    • For all we know, he could end up at Notre Dame or somewhere else. This one will play out until February.

      • That’s true. I admit I was nervous about his status at the beginning. But now I’m just ready for the season to play. I’m over his roller coaster status. His recruitment has a ways to go.

        • Off topic, but I was thinking during all the Sark and drinking issue and then the Ishmael Adams arrest about how many problems for both schools have had links to alcohol and substances, as on ALL college campuses except BYU. Nick Pasquale was drunk when he got hit by the car. I think Mario Danelo was drunk when he died. The Bryce Dixon incident involved alcohol and/or marijuana. And yet, we never seem to learn the lesson. UCLA and USC fans give each other crap over this stuff, but it exists everywhere and nothing ever changes. A good reporter might explore further.

        • I am hoping he is competitive enough to want to earn a job, not just be given one which would happen across town. ND might be the spoiler in all this if Mique wants to go out of State for college.

          • It sounds like he wants the easier rode. If that’s the case then he’s not competitive and wants it handed to him. Who knows. These kids are unpredictable, and Juarez will have SC and UCLA both playing the waiting game.

          • not competetive??? wants it handed to him??? where does he say that? maybe he’s watched the last three years and knows theres plenty more to come….or maybe he’s underwhelmed by the hiring of your last two coaches? maybe he buys in to the whole RACISM issue?

          • I’m sure he’s dazed by all the National Championships around the Rose Bowl. OOOOOOOOOPS!!! My Bad✌️

          • What, two half NC’s in the 21st century – BFD.

Not to mention the nickname Klown U.

          • 1) Matt Leinart – HoF flop;

            2) Carson Palmer – Self-inflicted injury prone HoF career;

            3) Reggie Bush – First Heisman recipient to have to return the award for high crimes and misdemeanors; AKA “Suitcase” Bush, definitely a unanimous HoF selection.

          • hey ugly rents the rose bowl, When you win two full national championships in a row, let us know. BTW, when was the last time you won the rose bowl game on January 1st? Last centuary, wasn’t it?

          • When did that happen. As far as I know Klown U has won one half of two NC in the 21st century – BFD.

          • Pfft dream on, you will be welcome back to reality soon. More to come? More what? Sun Bowl championships? You had your chance

          • Mai Tai Mex, maybe he buys into Thug U and the ahole coach. Maybe he just buys into U Clowns Lose Again, which has not won nothing since 1929. No national championships won on tv or in front of a crowd, your one measly heisman because they gave it to beban instead of oj, which would have given him two. and no victory at the January 1st Rose Bowl game since 1985. You are right, there is no competition when it comes to bragging rights here in the nation and L.A. You know who runs this town in football. All has and always will, and that school is USC

          • The ruins shared a national championship the year they beat USC 39-0. Are you saying that team didn’t deserve it?

          • But safer than Thug U, where you take your life into your hands each and every day. You have to watch our for flying little bells, thieves that steal cell phones, the druggies on the team, the supporter of pedophie, and an ahole for a coach.

          • Yeah….UCLA doesn’t have any good linebackers and he wouldn’t have to compete. You might need some new material.

          • I agree with you Probation. Ugly does not have any any good lbs compared to USC. You had Barr but you can’t really name any others. Now, USC has had Richard Wood, a three time All American, Chip Banks, Junior Seau, Scott Ross, Cushing, Malaga, Browner,
Keith Rivers, and these are just some of them.

          • Welcome back to the 80′ and 90’s! Barr, Kendricks, Young. Just the tip of the iceberg.

          • In the last few years UCLA’s linebackers far better than yours. Barr, Kendricks and Jack to name a few.

          • So Klown U is the nation’s only CF program that stresses competition for individual starting player rotation?

If that’s true, why is Adoree Jackson the starting CB on Klown U’s team. AJ is non-competitive when it comes to blocking and tackling.

    • YEP…you’re right again….Juarez probably wouldn’t want to follow in the footsteps of MYLES JACK….especially after UCLA wins for the fourth straight year and wins the conference while you finish 8-6…..

        • nope. But it is the reverse of what you thought about Betiku. I know you’re all over recruiting, so it’s still puzzling that you didn’t know that he had the Nigerian connection going OR that Arrington was no longer his guardian! #clowncollege!

  3. I’m pumped up, and ready for tomorrow. We’re leaving at 8:00 or 8:30 and will be there all day!
    FIGHT ON!

      • Do us a favor, No Broke Back Mountain, the Sequel on tv, nor pa kettle ball, no stealing cell phones from uber drivers at the rose bowl and do get embarrassed by Virigina.

  4. Myles Jack just scores a touchdown while playing running back…and…Juarez is there to watch it happen….
    turn off the lights,
    the party’s over….
