One student suggested they “needed” a win for the team morale, righting the ship, etc. Another student suggested they didn’t “need” to win in the sense that a 2-team Arizona team won the south last year and the eventual winner this year will probably also have 2 losses. Oh no! The SC team is not on the same page!! Pfft.

Cody is a smart guy, but he is wrong with that comment. That was indeed a must win if SC were to have any chance at a South title. Utah and SUCLA are probably not going to lose 2 conference games, so there you have it.
