  1. wolfman, WHAT is going on???

the trOXans DEMOLISHED mighty ASU!! but we STILL have people in the lame stream media BASHING Southern Cal!! calling them a CLOWN COLLEGE and SOFT!!!

and NOW even AD is casting doubt on the Dream Season!!!

    #NoRespect

    • Wasn’t Scott making snide comments last year about the billboard campaign in the Los Angeles area, which featured AD and his wealth of accomplishments?

  2. Anthony Davis should have been another Heisman Trophy winner if it hadn’t been for East Coast Bias.

    • Especially since Archie Griffin was one of the worst running backs in Cincinnati Bengals history. ..lol

      • wow….just another rah rah doing the good old rah rah……since you brought up the BENGALS/NFL…..let’s take a look at A.D’s NFL stats…
1977 played in 11 games for the Bucs, 95 carries for 297 yards, 3.1 avg. per carry.
1978 played TWO GAMES for the OILERS ….I didn’t feel like looking up his stats for the TWO GAMES…
1979 played in TWO GAMES for the RAMS….big whoop…
        I haven’t looked up Archie’s NFL stats ….oops, I had to peek….NFL 7 seasons….691 carries for 2808 yards, 4.1 ypc avg…..ADVANTAGE; Archie

Forgive for not acknowledging A.D’s OUTSTANDING CAREER while playing in the W.F.L. and Canadian League…..
Come on FRED…..I’ve witnessed you putting up better post’s than this one…..Don’t go all ‘SARKESIAN’ (‘last season was OUTSTANDING’) on us….
        My best to the Mrs.

  3. The Notre Dame Killer was an amazing force of nature on the field. Like the rest of us, he has no idea how this season’s Trojan team will turn out. Could be wild.

  4. His thoughts are echoed by several former Trojan football players, and based on several facebook comments, most don’t think Steve Sarkisian is the man for the job.

    • when he got hired my question was while I knew he could get the kids, could he coach and develop them? It remains to be seen if he can…

      • Steve Sarkisian is the Steve Lavin of USC, because Lavin was a pretty good recruiter, but had zero ability to develop his players, and most of his recruits developed when they finally made their way to the nba .

    • Another Sky is falling comment from Fred. Gee Wiz you sound depressed. USC Rah Rah sounds scared and alone. He needs your comfort.

  5. Football games are similar to chess matches– each one plays out differently.

I don’t think anyone knows how this Trojan season is going to wind up.

As for AD, he should have won the Heisman over Griffin if the vote had waited until the end of the season. And the Heisman is for college performance, and is not a prognosticator for how a footballer will perform in the NFL
