USC defeated Cal State Northridge tonight and with the bonfire rally across the street there were about 30 students, no band and no song girls. Nice scheduling. Kind of like playing last week against the USC-Colorado football game.

Maybe it will inspire the players to actually play good football.
This is just typical Wolf reporting, he loves making sad stories about SC even when things are good
Things are good after a loss to the Ducks?
Things are good
Wolf tell everybody who is there to stay, Im en route and ready to party – Beat the bRuins!!!
Thirty students – LOL. What happened to the Toejam Family scene?
Were there at least 30 paid at the basketball game?
Hey the team played well with no fans there.
They are much better than the 10th best team in the Pac-12, as voted by the media…….
Might be time to go long on SC basketball, and hold Golden State (might be going 16-0 or something with a win over the struggling Lakers)
The Chris Paul trade blocking, the Steve Nash signing, the Dwight Howard signing, and the KOBE BRYANT CONTRACT has kicked the Lakers to the dirt.
That depends… how good is the Pac 12 this year? We might send 10 team to the NCAA’s this year!
There were 2,764 fans in attendance at the Galen Center….
So I can definitely get a good seat if I go to the Arizona game?
Buy your tickets now before the bandwagon fills up…..
I’ve never bought basketball tickets ahead of time. I hope they keep winning so I can actually go to a meaningful game.
It was a small crowd but you have to consider it wasn’t a marquee opponent like Monmouth.
Why do you suddenly “care” about the men’s basketball team, Scott? Could it be because it gives you something else to criticize the administration about?
He cares so much about the men’s basketball team that he gave us the score and a few significant stats to go with it. Outstanding reporting Scooter.
He only cares when they lose, at that point you will get all the stats you want
Gee, with only 30 students, why didn’t you make a video and interview each one of them?….speaking of which, where’s Reid Silverman?
Nice covering of the actual game.
There isn’t an article about the game in the sports section?
I was talking about this blog. Scott spends more time on snark and feeding trolls than covering stuff actual SC fans care about. I read the LA Times so I don’t care what the sports section has.
And the hits just keep on coming. No worries, The Capper has it all under control. The 30 students at the “bonfire”, they get SC.
The hoops team is showing signs of life for the first time in years and all he can focus on is petty snipes at the administration.
I never received my season tickets for basketball. I’m still debating whether or not to contact the ticket office and request duplicates. Maybe I will so I can sell the ucla tix on stubhub
