What’s the scoop?
Vavae Malpeai from Hawaii. He’s a U.S. Army All American and signed with USC. He took a secret official visit to SC over the weekend. It’s a rule (or forbidden) at Oregon to not take any visits once you are committed. Either way we stole him from the Ducks the exact same way they stole DeAnthony Thomas from USC. Thomas went on a secret trip to Eugene on the last weekend and signed with Oregon. This is payback!!!
According to sources, Clay Helton called fax machine repair man to only find out that the machine was not broken but the players just weren’t sending in the NLI!

They have a major inferiority complex
Defensive linemen was what this program needed and it appears Helton got 3-4 good ones in. With Fink added, the QB competition will be very healthy. I am especially excited about the Defensive backfield additions. Wow, a 6-4 DB? If he can cover, that would be a lockdown for sure!
