USC Search Update

Should you be concerned that the search firm USC hired (Brill Neumann) does not appear to have any experience hiring athletic directors?

  1. It’s all for show anyways. Lopes. The drunk boosters will continue to have access to the program and all the lazy bums in the athletic department get to keep their jobs. No outsiders allowed at Country Club Figueroa.

  2. No problem my Trojan friends. SoCal Athletics has failed horribly at nearly every football move they have made on the last several years; from probation to Kiffin to not hiring Ed O to hiring Sark then not firing Sark then firing him and they still recruit in the top 10. You guys don’t need a competent A.D. or football coach just being in LA is enough.

  3. Mike Holmgren gets my vote. USC QB, High School Coach, Off. Cood SF 49ers with two SB wins, Head Coach GB Packers 1992-98 with two SB appearances, with the Seattle Seahawks 1999-2008 earned 5 division titles and one SB appearance, GM Cleveland Browns. Mentored Joe Montana and Brett Favre. A Trojan Hero.!!!

  4. Par for the course at USC, and if I were them I would follow the blue print of any successful University.

  5. There will be NO “national search”. You all DO know that if Haden retires they are just going to put Steve Lopes in a AD don’t you. Lopes loved kiffin, Lopes loved Sark. New boss same as the old boss.
