Sam Darnold finally threw his first interception in spring practice today, which is also his first if you include last season’s training camp. An impressive feat. Cornerback Isaiah Langley intercepted the pass and returned it for a TD. Maybe this will be the reason Clay Helton uses to name Max Browne the starter. Of course I am kidding.
