USC’s Dave Roberts Is On NCAA Committee On Infractions

Dave Roberts, who is in charge of USC’s compliance dept., is now serving on the NCAA’s Committee on Infractions. That’s the committee that handed down severe penalties to USC back in 2010 and chaired by the late Paul Dee. Things have come full circle.

  1. Bad idea – that cesspool should not be manned by reputable individuals….

  2. ”That’s the committee that handed down severe penalties to USC back in 2010 and chaired by the late Paul Dee.” Thanks for the clarification Wolf. I would never have been able to put the pieces together.

  3. Hey Wolf, full circle will be when USC gets the 30 scholarships backs, the money lost from the Pac 12 title game against Oregon, where UCLA embarrassed themselves once again in a big game, and a public apology from the head NZCAA, Mark Emmert.

  4. Trolls, I’m so proud of you! No “fox in the henhouse” posts. Of course the next school to get slammed will claim hypocrisy with a USC guy on the committee.

  5. Is that the SoCal compliance guy that was in charge when agents were on campus in golf carts, Kiffin deflated football & jersey switching and when they did back round checks on Sarkisian?
Is this an enforcement committee or a “how to” type group?
No wonder they picked him, dude knows all about violations.

    • What does having a round back (***back round checks…***) have to do with vetting a coach?

  6. That sucks! USC should not associate with such a corrupt organization. This will put us in a bad place when the ncaa is exposed.
