Nick Holt Jr., the son of former USC defensive coordinator Nick Holt, was invited to the Seahawks rookie mini-camp. Holt Jr. played linebacker at Western Kentucky, where his dad is defensive coordinator. This might sound like a no-brainer but when Holt Sr. left USC for Washington after the 2008 season, he and Pete Carroll had a falling out. All must be forgiven.
Meanwhile, former USC forward Malik Martin told Scout.com he will transfer to South Florida.
Lets see here.
Posts about some dorky fantasy show on cable.
Re-posts about recruiting rankings and a former players dog. ENDLESS posts about Kessler and the Cleveland Browns
If the blog writer hasn’t hit rock bottom then he’s pretty darn close.
If the Blogger comes up with a Poll today then he definitely has hit rock bottom.
Start a poll about whether SW will start a poll!!!
Martin is from Florida so I hat makes sense. Good luck to him.
Malik don’t like it?
He was physical. I wish he could of developed an offensive part yo his game.
Predictions…..
Of course Tua Tagovailoa will commit to Alabama today. He’s had a change of heart, what can you do. We have to move on, but I’m predicting right now that Alabama commit #1 RB Najee Harris will decommit from the Tide sometime between now and signing day and eventually sign with USC. That mean Stephen Carr will decommit from USC. Carr said he won’t sign with SC if they take Harris.
Is that predicated on SC beating Bama?
Actually no. I think we get him. He’s always had SC up their. It’s been mainly Bama and SC for him. And during passing leagues he pointed sign towards SC. He camped at SC’s Rising Stars Camp and blew the doors even more open saying SC would be the team if any to overtake Bama. I’ve been wrong before, but it’s never over till they sign on the dotted line and he tells others he wants to stay closers to home. Sounds stupid right? Kids commited to Alabama, but is saying something totally different. It’s a Marathon so we’ll see.
So who would you rather have: Harris or Carr? There is a belief that Carr has much more upside than Harris and they are currently pretty close.
Tough. I hear Carr is the better “RB”, but Harris has the better all-around game in terms of running, catching and blocking. Carr is said to be the better pure RB. I like Harris’ size, but I’d be he happy with either.
Since we’re talking Carr I’ll also tell you that I hear that SC pulled back from Thomas Graham. They didn’t drop him, but I guess they’ve been a little turned off by his 7on7 showings. Also heard that Chris Hawkins dad has been defending Grahams ability on other message boards.
Lulz. Harris will be a Bruin. Take it to the bank.
Ok. I’ll take it to the Bank of USC 40 UCLA 21!
BOOMBANGBOOM!
Nice that some of the posters are really into SC recruiting and who is available, and who is going where. They do the work for me.
