USC East

Former USC men’s volleyball coach Bill Ferguson has been hired as a women’s volleyball assistant coach at Cal State Los Angeles. Maybe I should start keeping a list of former USC coaches that get hired by Mike Garrett at Cal State L.A.

  1. Maybe you should concentrate on USC and not CSLA, but you’re like a creep at a boy scout jamboree, you just can’t control yourself

  2. when did this blog chnage from a USC website to a CSLA website. I have been out of town… was there an announcement ?

  3. 12:00 noon PDT tomorrow – 21st May 2016

USC vs. SYR quarterfinals NCAA @ Syracuse University

ESPN 3 is what the NCAA is citing…we should all be lucky it isn’t the Pac-12 jo’ momma con job that Larry Scott negotiated a coll 1.8 million per school and compare that sweet con with what the Biog 10 and SEC are getting > $30 million per school.

I have to ask just what and who is Larry Scott? Wasn’t he hired out of women’s professional tennis gig? Kind of like the WNBA?

    Tennis anyone?

      • We’ll know by 2:00 pm PDT tomorrow.

How about Larry Scott? Pac-12 Commissioner? What a mensch he is huh? More like what a p&tz.

Hey Larry how come the Big 10 and SEC school’s all earn 30 times what you negotiated?

  4. Southern Cal is the Farm Team for Cal State LA coaches!! HAWR-HAWR!!!

UCLA gal tosses NO HITTER in post season play!!!

    WOW!!!

oh, sorry trOXans, forgot you can’t afford the cabbage to even field a softball team, the most popular women’s sport in So CAL!!!!! STANFORD can afford it, what’s the problem???

    #WhatUpFlatBrokeU??

  5. Wolf leave Cal State LA alone. It’s not even a real school. When they opened my dad worked there. They had a football team. They had a real mascot. But they became a commuter college. They stopped football and became a sport magnet for archery and badminton.
    Why bother?

    • Those primitive aggressive sports like football is not what we need here let’s turn this place into our own test tube for
      fruit)p&anville

Sounds like CSULA became the first target of the festivius for the restivus crew…oooo…la la…..

Archery on the upper quad? No?

      Hmm how about badminton anyone?

  6. According to sources, Reggie Bush’s Number 5 to be retired at Cal State L.A.

    • Hey moron is Myles Jack gonna’ have his worthless number ’00 quitter’ retired?

Always wait for the bel-air tech sewer snoid to stink up the place with their alleged football team alleged legacy….

    • what an utter disgrace Reggie is, can’t even show his guilty face on campus. neither can OJ.

and they are the trOXans two best players ever. the two faces of Southern Cal. WOW. whole school is tainted permanently.

      • My favorite memory of Reggie was his sophomore year when he carried SC on his back and ran all over the Bruin defense at the Rose Bowl AKA “The Coliseum 2.0” security caught me sneaking in a couple of Heineken’s and made me pour them out. But what a GREAT DAY!

  7. A real shift of being head Men Vollryball coach to a lowly asst. Women coach at CSLA. Guess he needed work with a young child in the household. He did a better job with the Trojans than that loser from ucla Nygaard who should be shipped off to CSLA. One of Haden’s finest hours of a national search to promote the asst. who was part of the problem if there was one.

  8. Dear “Inside CSULA” Great blog ! I know of nowhere else I can get the up to date Cal State L.A. news I so desperately need and crave,

Re. Former USC men’s volleyball coach Bill Ferguson has been hired as a women’s volleyball assistant coach at Cal State Los Angeles.

Isn’t that quite a come down ?? Head Mens coach at a PAC12 school to an assistance Womens coach at a no name commuter school that plays in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) and competes on the Division II NCAA level ???

How much money does the assistant womens VB coach at a CCAA school make ? Is the poor guy that desperate ? Wouldn’t a PAC or other Div 1 school be interested ? So many questions .. so few answers….

  9. Men’s Sports
Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Track and Field (outdoor)

    Women’s Sports:
