USC v. USC: Ronnie Lott And Rodney Peete Against Ed Roski

Looks like we have an all-USC battle over the future home of the Raiders. Former USC players Ronnie Lott and Rodney Peete are leading an investment group that wants to build the Raiders a new stadium in Oakland, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. That puts them at odds with USC Board of Trustee member Ed Roski, who is part of the Las Vegas proposal that currently has the support of Raiders owner Mark Davis.

    • Highly unlikely it happens – Las Vegas is such a boon for the NFL. In addition the corruption in the City of Oakland and Alameda County is legion.

The plumbing flooded the visitor’s locker room at Saturday’s OAK NYY baseball game.

  1. Lott and Rodney building a stadium for the Raiders??? are they aware of how many times Atkinson and Tatum knocked Swanny out COLD???

wolfman, please find out why the Raiders HATED him so….they’ll talk to you.

  2. USC has major players all over this country so this happens every day. UCLA has Mark Harmon.

  3. Big names in investment groups mean nothing, big money does , so unless you have 100’s of millions then have a seat, and stop whining

  4. All things being equal, the NFL would favor the Raiders staying in Oakland. Vegas has a sleaze factor for a sports team.

  5. If Mark Davis goes to Las Vegas it will be in tribute to Al Davis (one of the biggest crooks ever).
