No Field Or Court Storming

HELTON.HADENI did not get to this earlier but the Pac-12 will now fine schools for storming the court or the field.

“The presidents and chancellors also approved a recommendation from the Pac-12 Council to add an institutional fine schedule to the Conference court and field storming policy. Starting in the 2016-17 academic year, fines will be applied to institutions as follows: $25,000 for first offense, $50,000 for a second offense, and $100,000 for a third offense.”
What’s the fine for athletic directors storming the field?

  1. What’s the fine for creepy beat writers in soccer jerseys on the sideline?

    • now that’s just downright mean and nasty. after all, Paddy Boy did dash onto the field like a maniac to argue with a ref while his inebriated coach stood by in a stupor….you should get on bended knee and beg the wolfman’s forgiveness.

      • Haden was defending SC, but i have to admit I was embarrassed when I seen him down on the sidelines sticking up for us during that game. That’s just me.

        • Probably the worst move he ever made behind hiring Sark in the first place.

Interestingly, all the USC posters and Trolls on this board have never made mistakes, especially in public. It’s a requirement.

          • I’ve definitely made a spectacle of myself lots of times, but not as the bozo u AD and respected Attorney, and I was younger than 45. Fireball on Mushy.

          • We all make mistakes. Lord knows I’ve made my share. Its human nature. Haden meant well. And he’s admitted publicly that he regrets the whole thing and I respect that.

          • We had a great practice Thursday and finally won two in a row for the first time this season (Saturday and yesterday). Pitching is still an uphill battle, but they’re all getting better. Thanks for asking GT22.

          • Is that your way of admitting your gender reassignment surgery was a painfully permanent mistake, Jacqui Girl?

  2. Steve Sarkisian use to love hugging up on Pat Haden, and even called his Daddy out of the stands to help him dispute a call against, Stanford …lol What a goofy, drunk dope, Sarkisian was..lol Sarkisian should give Norm Chow some of the millions he received from USC, because it was Chow who rescued him from the non paying Gofer position he had at El Camino College.

  3. Take us back in time to 1990 when ‘Chuck’ Young bel-air tech’s ‘chancellor’ went ‘WEHO’ at the Rose Bowl in a game against OR St. Somehow a play went against bel-air tech but Young wasn’t having any of it. He got his westside angst up and smoking with fire in his eyes as he screamed on the sidelines.

He really did go ‘WEHO’……the “How dare you!” angst the of reasonableness they are known for.

    • If they just outlawed A.D.’s mounting their football coaches or vice versa, I would be fine with that.
It’s another weird SoCal thing like their yell boys.

      • That’s just it lunch bag – that’s what ‘Chuck’ was frothing at the mouth about……WEHO en flagrante – ay yi yi! A sight to behold

      • Mortified, I would believe the conference should be more concerned about coaches going, “Broke Back Mountain”, right there in front of 20,000 fans and a very small tv audience.

  4. Is Wolf talking about AD’s storming the field or fans storming the games after the games? If it is for fans storming the field, then this is outragous. That is part of being a fan, student, and having fun. The Pac 12 commissioner needs to leave. He is wortthless. BTW, where will the money go, in the pocket of the commissioner?
Wolf get on this and find out what is going on.

  5. Come on, fans rushing the field or court is beautiful.
The only time I did it was, believe it or not, the 1975 SUCLA team that went to the Rose Bowl and beat No. 1 Ohio St. Yes, I rooted for the SUCLAs back in the day until their fans spoiled it for me.

  6. What is that weird “coach mounting” move I saw too many times at SoCal games? It was even more strange than when the bench players used to jump up & down and wave towels…..
