A rare piece of good news for the USC basketball program. Derryck Thornton, who played at Duke last season, decided to transfer to USC over Kansas. He will sit out next season and have three years of eligibility.
One question is exactly who will be there when he becomes eligibile? Do you think forwards Bennie Boatwright and Chimezie Metu will be around in two years?
If Boatwright has a breakout year, then no. But if Boatwright has a breakout year, then USC will be very good, and Scooter will have to find something else to troll Enfield.
Metu, probably, Still needs to work on an offensive game.
