Nike Makes It Hard On Everyone

HELTON.PAC-12.MEDIA.DAY

Does Nike even try any more when it comes to designing a USC shirt? Does the shoe giant expact you to pay money for one these cardinal on grey-pinstripe sleeved creations? I’m not blaming Clay Helton, he has to model it on media day. But how will this shirt hold up in the future?

I thought last year was a new low when Steve Sarkisian showed up in that splotchy grey abomination with a day-glo trim collar.

  1. We dont care what the shirts look like. Think of better things to write about.

  2. Both are bad shirts, the stripe down the back ones were marginal (though I got a home and road). Just keep it simple.

  3. If Helton is going to wear that dopey baseball cap all the time, as all Manhattan Beach SUV boyos do, then he better hit the gym – he’s a big fatty.

  4. Wolf does have a point, but please stop posting pictures of that DrUNK, Steve Sarkisian, because it keeps reminding me he set the program back , 3 years.

  5. written by the guy who wears soccer jerseys 24/7….. like it really has anything to do with product on the field….

  6. I can’t un-see that disaster Helton is wearing…looks like a homemade Christmas present from Aunt Martha.

  7. Lay off Nike, guys! Phil Knight makes the best unis. Take a look at ours. We get elite recruits to sign with us just because of our unis

  8. Hey the LAA Shoemaker just threw a complete game shut-out over the Pale Hose 1 – 0! Only 13 more in a row to get back to 0.500!

  9. Looks like Sark brought a mic prop to the local bar. If I’m reading his lips correctly – and I believe I am – he’s saying “duh uh uh duh…hic……buuuuurrrrp”

  10. Wolf had no fashion sense. It’s actually a nice looking polo. I’d wear it.
