SARK.CELEBRATE.ASUThere seems to be a feeling today Steve Sarkisian was laying low all summer helping Alabama with inside information on USC.

Do I think Sarkisian would do this? Yes.

Does it matter? You all saw the game. The vanilla game plan, the lack of cohesion, the lack of heart in the second half. Alabama just needed to see last year’s film to know USC is not a physical team. It didn’t need Sarkisian’s help.

  1. Trust me Alabama didn’t need Sarkisian! They are just on a completely different level than USC. Also when I first heard that sark was going to Alabama, I KNEW that Scott would come up with this conspiracy theory.

  2. Question: Biggie Marshall and another DB mistakenly both rushed the passer on the same play and very coincidentally Alabama swung a receiver right into the hole they vacated. DID SARK OR SOMEONE ELSE HELP ALABAMA CONFUSE THE USE DB’S WITH INSIDE INFO ON FAKE SIGNALS?

    • Excuses, excuses, excuses. bozo u kicked 2 FG’s and Alabama scored 52 points – subtract 7 points and Alabama still leads 45 – 6.

          • I believe Marshall was the blitzing corner.
            USC actually was playing good defensively, until the turnovers and mistakes started to happen.
            The offense made no adjustments whatsoever. They still have depth issues that will haunt them if injuries start happening.
            To attempt to build a physical team, when you were built to be a finesse team(Sark), will take time to build.
            If Helton does not work out, I hope Swann is willing to get a solid coach.

  3. What if Sark being racist to the DB, announcing Josh Shaw “Heroics” with out vetting it first, getting drunk at solute to troy and recruiting Dixon was all a conspired ploy to get back at southern cal for firing his best friend Kiffin!

  4. ALA didn’t need Sark’s help in the least. All the Tide needed to do was line up four (no need to blitz) on the Trojans’ feeble OL and tell them to have at it. It’s incredible what mincemeat the ALA def front made of USC’s OL. All of our other offensive skill was rendered worthless.

    Hope we don’t have to put up with daily Kiffer and Sark posts now. SW is obsessed with these guys. Bizarre.

  5. Sabin wasn’t aware of what was heading his way so yeah this might be true why else offer this goof a job except to give him his ’30 pieces of silver’.

    Gordon Gecko said it best “The most valuable commodity I know is information!” and Sabin didn’t get to where he was by not tapping any and all sources for it.

    Thanks again to Haden for giving us Sarkisian and his whining crying self-pitying law suit – yeah this is right in both Sabin’s and Sarkisian’s wheel house.

  6. When news broke right after the USC game that Sarkisian was “interviewing” with Bama I had no doubt that he was already on staff and helping them game plan against USC.

    The thing is USC had to know this was a possibility and STILL hired a guy who runs his exact same offense. Ludicrous.

  10. One game is not enough to get Sark a job. It is wishful thinking that we can blame Stevie. Nobody could have predicted USC would blow so many defensive assignments. I doubt even Saban expected the Trojan O line to be so ineffective.
    I know ….maybe Sark snuck helium into the deadweight lifting equipment so the big uglies thought they were in shape. Way to go Sark.

    • It must be very dissappointing for Adoree to have done such a great job against Calvin Ridley and still this result – it appears this team gets worse as the game wears on under Helton – I hope that changes soon, they should Google how to get a football team to perform better during the game and not worse!

      • Sorry you had witness all that in person bro, but let’s just be happy that it was over at 52-6 and that we have 11 games remaining on the schedule. Adoree played like the guy we always wanted, I was happy to see that and just hope he will continue to play that way. We have to go back to the drawing board quickly and turn this around.

        • That Alabama D just may be the best in college football history, let’s see how they perform for the rest of the season cuz I don’t think many teams will be scoring against them

    • We just got beat 52-6, but don’t start pencil’ng in the Bruins for the KFC Bowl just yet. The Bruins have lost 3 straight games just like the Trojans.

      • ucla’s never won anything in football. Three game losing streak and season-opening loss to an unranked, going nowhere A&M squad coached by Hotseat Sumlin is just par for the course for bruins. At ucla, it’s always a long, long, long season, ending in nowhereville.

          • He’s already gone. The Swan has his National Search firm calling agents across the land. If anyone knows The Swan’s number, I would love to get in on that National Search gravy train. I wonder how much of that consulting money made it’s way back to “family & friends”?

  13. The sideline boards need to be canned.. Especially now, “if” Sark relayed info to Kiffin, but it also was reported that Tee Martin said Alabama uses the same exact system as USC, minus a concept here and there. Sats loss was on the bad coaching and play calling. Tee is not a OC just as Helton is not a HC, on the job training for a storied program is downright STUPID!

  15. First off, Steve Sarkisian is a POS, and always has been, he back stabbed the guy who recommended him to Pete Carroll, who eventually hired him (Norm Chow). Prior to that Sarkisian couldn’t even get on the payroll at a community college, and was a walk on coach for John Featherstone who he played for. Sarkisian secretly hired Josh Lompi from the staff of Jeff Tedford up at Cal when he was the head coach at Washington , and had him recruit the players that already committed to Tedford without resigning his position at Berkeley. Thats the slim ball that Sarkisian is, and now Sarkisian, Kiffen, and Lompi are all employees of Nick Saban, which in my opinion, makes Saban look questionable.

      I think Carroll decided he wanted Chow gone. Sark just filled the void that Carroll expressly made for him, I think. Not sure he’s so culpable for the rift that developed between Carroll and Chow because Carroll got tired of the constant raise requests and he didn’t like Chow holding out the offense as his own when in Carroll’s opinion, Carroll had insisted on changes and made the offense a combined plan.

    • You gotta give it Saban though. He goes out and gets guys and let’s them do their thing. He changes things up every year. Ultimately that was Carroll’s demise. He kept promoting from within guys who had no buisness being in those positions. Yogi Roth as qb coach, John Morton as OC, Rocky Seton as DC, Dave Watson as DL coach, Brennan Carroll as recruiting coord

    • And how did Thug U and Josh, “The Deer in the Headlights”, Rosen do? He threw about three interceptions, got sacked about 6 times, and fumbled. That is his usual output in a big game like USC last season. And how did the clowns at west weird do, I till tell you, U Clowns Lose Again, and Again, and Again…….

      • Hey guys, I’m pretty new at these blog things. Right now that I’ve got the time to mention it, and as a response to Pasadena Trojan. First off you cannot cal UCLA thug U if you don’t want the past heroics of an OJ or Todd Marinovich being brought up. 2nd As much as I hate USC, because I am a BRUIN! I think it’s sad for both programs to go down as they did this last weekend. Let’s be real, I wanted USC to lose, get blown out, but not like that. We all kind of speculated that USC would lose, but would also try to put up a fight. UCLA should have won that game. Yes a lot of it falls on Rosen, but when you go over the game tape, our receivers suck. I’m sorry they’ve got hands of stone. The coaching was speculative at best. Tom Bradley owns this loss. KP. Good try, you get one season of good try. Honestly the reason I mention this, is that these losses have completely sank any thought of the rivalry being important. Both schools have to win out in order to forget this weekend. Severely disappointed in my BRUINS. In shock at what you guys displayed on Saturday. Let’s all turn this crap around.

        • Sir, I refer ucla to Thug U because of the clowns that rob uber drivers, play pa kettle ball, and moon light as home robbery thieves at night and assistant coaches in the day. Oj supposedly murdered after he graduated from USC. Don’t even bring up marajanvich. Thug u players like Bill Walton have taken the weed and inhaled while at school.

          • No, I did not take guitar lessons from neuheisal, but I’ll tell you what my UCLA guitar lessons did get me. Over 60 countries and a pretty good crier. How about you?

          • I do very well, thank you in the real estate industry. Btw, I have taken real estate courses at ugly, and they were just as good as Junior College level classes.

  18. Why would a 4th year q/b need a vanilla plan? He is working on a masters , so must have the entire playbook ingrained by now. Spy on this team???? Just watch the last two games from last year. Physical football is also mentaL. The size of fight in the tiger is just as important as the actual size of the tiger…stop blaming everything but where the blame belongs…we have met the enemy…it is us(c)…WORK HARDER… btw…Alabama is one of the major recruiters ,like most top programs,of JC all americans,any of those guys impact the game??? John McKay was a big JC all American recruiter.
