USC Morning Buzz: Good Morning. Who Ordered This Game?

It’s the earliest kickoff since 1892 as USC kicks off against Utah State at 11 a.m. But if you want to sleep in, you can watch it on the Pac-12 Network. Oh wait, nevermind.

  1. I’m watching it on the PAC 12 national network. Then Idaho at WA. Then I’ll watch the chimp go 0-2 vs. UNLV! Change providers if you don’t get it!
    Yes Owns, that includes you!

      • Let’s be really honest: bozo u can’t score a TD vs real competition – Alabama 52 – bozo u, the legendary blowhards, 6. Fact, not opinion.

Tell us o-four, are you predicting another “shock the world” bozo u upset today?

        • Just buddy, How can you chirp on this blog, knowing USC has a better record than Ucla’s over a 10 game stretch, secondly, The time has nothing to do about non respect for USC. The time actually works out better for USC going into the Stanford game, extra rest and one additional practice day. Hey it’s none of my business Ucla is 0-9 against Stanford. Haaa Figuring another blowout. Good luck tonight, 0-2 is not a good start.. Haaa!✌

          • Gollom Wolf always brings up Owns alcoholism that he talked about over a year ago. Amazing how you would know about it…too bad you gave yourself away again, Gollom Wolf.

          • The Dr Rachel Maddow of Inside USC is very familiar with Boone’s Farm. She calls it “research”.

        • I feel like you and Gollom-Wolf, The One The Only, John Wooden and Wisdom are the same guy. Prove me wrong, Gollom-Wolf. I heard you wore your Spock outfit to work all week to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek. You told Human Resources to respect your Vulcan heritage.

  2. At the Coli waiting for the game to start. It was a rough week, hopefully all learned something and ALL can move on, In the end its just a game..

Fight On and BEAT USU ✌

  3. Not excusing the game last weekend, but I think Curtis Conway on Pac12 Network put the first half in perspective. 2 unfortunate mistakes led to 2 touchdowns: Pick-6 bounced off of a receivers hands, and Marshall’s out of bounds flub. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Hoping for the best today.

    • Face it, USC flunked the big test when it counted and looked pitiful in the process. What college CB doesn’t know the rule that if you push your WR out of bounds, he can come back in? Biggee, that’s who.

USC did’t lose to ALA because of mistakes. USC lost because our OL was hopeless (as bad as I’ve ever seen) and we never posed any threat whatsover to the Tide.

It was a real “learning experience” for our on-the-job training coaches. I’m sure we’ll look significantly better against UTAH ST in a few minutes. Who wouldn’t?

      • I know, I know. I get it. Was just trying to find a sliver of “this could’ve been closer.” Stay ahead to close the first half and who knows…Anyway, moving along.

        • Ya, and I’m sure if it just weren’t for a few plays, ucla would have won the 50-0 game.

USC was so hopelessly outclassed against ‘Bama I just think it’s funny to harp on the silly mistakes.

Go CH! Hope the Trojans score a TD today. Bet they score several!

        • That’s what brainless rah rahs like you do, Gollom Wolf. You find the upside in 52-6 just like you find the upside in your losing Chewwy contests every weekend..

      • Yes he can be the first to touch the ball ONLY IF he returned to the field immediately. Is running 13 yards out of bounds first considered immediately?

    • 1st Half was very competitive indeed, save for those two plays. Not sure what the H happened in the 2nd Half other than a bunch a 3 and outs by the offense wore out our defense.

  4. Well not sure who ‘ordered’ the game but the start time has Larry Scott’s Pac-12 Network brilliant negotiation skill all over it.

BTW when is that clown Arborgast’s contract up for renewal?
