Oaks Christian quarterback Matt Corral, who is rated a five-star prospect and committed to USC, went 4 for 15 for 75 yards and one TD against Paraclete on Friday night. I’ve seen Corral in person so I know he is talented. This is really more about the recruiting services, who probably start sweating when they see stats like that because someone might question their rankings.

I was outside of the coliseum checking for bombs under my hat when Edoga was ejected. Watching the video later it looked like he was trying to get in place for hurry up offense when the ref grabbed him from behind. I admit the video is incomplete but it doesn’t look like the whole story is presented.
