USC-Colorado At 1 p.m.

The USC-Colorado game at the Coliseum will kick off at 1 p.m. at the Coliseum and be on the Pac-12 Network. This is what happens when you lose three of your first four games.

But Colorado is suddenly no pushover and this looks like a trap game. Buffs QB Steven Montez, in his first college start, had 468 yards total offense against Oregon on Saturday.

  1. This is NOT a “trap” game. Trap is when you get surprised. Everbody knows CU just beat Oregon and almost beat Michigan so if anybody ( like the coaches or team) is surprised by CU then they are just plain incompetent.

  2. I think the Wolfer meant a trap game for CU..? 1-3 teams don’t have trap games. Or, quite possibly, the blogger doesn’t know what a trap game is..

  3. That line from Scott Wolf “this is what happens when you lose three of four games” reminds me of John Goodman in the BIG LEBOWSKI-“this is what happens when you **** a man in the ***!”

    End scene.
    Great Movie!

  4. Ironically, a 1pm start is more desirable for the fan. Time to tailgate, watch the game and still have a full Saturday night ahead.

  5. I already knew Colorado was no joke, because unlike USC, they hired a real coach with a proven track record. And that’s what happens when you pay attention to resumes, as oppose to thinking you know it, all!

  6. A 1:00 pm kick off on a beautiful Fall Saturday afternoon in southern California against a worthy opponent sounds like a reward. Don’t let the 1 -3 record fool you, SC is a very dangerous and formidable foe. Fight On!!!

  7. Darrell Rideaux on Clay Helton- “Clay Helton is too politically correct to be the coach at USC”

    YEP!

  8. Darrell Rideaux on Clancy Pendergast-“if i don’t see a rotation, or scheme and stunts and blitzes (going forward) I may have to have a conversation with him”
