USC linebacker Osa Masina made his first court appearance in Salt Lake City today was ordered not to have contact with the alleged victim in the rape case. Masina’s attorney said he does not expect charges to be filed against Masina in Southern California, where sexual assault allegations were also made.

She hangs out and gets drunk and high with someone she alleges raped her eleven days earlier?
I guess it’s now criminal for any man who finds himself at end of any woman’s regret.
That is one fool who’s troubles are just starting, and he better hope the bill that governor Brown signed to day isn’t retro active. …lol
HE is a poor example of decency, but this case is DOA…anyone who knows law and jurisprudence already knows this
