We give Wolfie a lot of grief, but I have to say I love his reporting on the garbage gear SC peddles. There seems to be no limit on what our cash-strapped alma mater will do for a buck.
Thank goodness that so far this trend for “alternative”, Oregon-like crap hasn’t consumed the actual football uniforms, although the basketball team has succumbed to it a bit.
Agreed. I gotta side with Flow again on this one: Those football jerseys in the background are awful.

The whole 1st floor of the bookstore is dedicated to Nike. The 2nd floor is women’s usc apparel. The 3rd is men’s usc apparel. The 3rd floor even has a built in USC mini store where you pick over hundreds of different USC logos/designs and they will make you a t-shirt/hat/sweater and custom USC converse shoes. It’s actually pretty cool. The 4th floor is all USC stuff from rugs to canopy’s to even the USC under armor gear. The store has a lot more to offer than SW let’s us to believe. Jerseys everywhere…

Well it’s certainly changed since I was enrolled there. I haven’t been to the bookstore in probably 10 years.
It’s still a traffic jam in there. I go in there once at the start of the season and buy my stuff.

I was up until 2013. I didn’t renew them, but my brother has three reserved for me so i basically pay him for about 4-5 games every year for 3 tickets each game for me and my family. In the same seat since 92 when I was a kid. Section 14 Row 73. I was fortunate to have brother remember to snag them after I forgot to renew them.
Nice. I thought you said you’re not in LA? Anyway, my older brother and his wife have 4 season tickets – both alums. So same here, always 2 extra for me and my wife when we want to travel down from the Bay Area.
I’m from Banning. 20 minutes before Palm Springs so it’s not a long drive but it’s not a short one either. We’ll make it to the ND game. The start time is supposed to be anywhere from 12:30 to 5pm. That’s good that you still make it to games.
Right on. Hopefully we roll some bruins this weekend, and we can enjoy it from our respective couches.

That’s nothing compared to the daily email from the Official Online Store trying to hawk stuff. I cannot tell you how many last chances I have missed in the past week. Right now I missing a 15% off sale that ends soon. (like maybe May)
