After Kiffen got fired on the tarmac, Gruden was quoted as saying he would consider those two schools. Don’t know if he still would.
Texas needs to make a move before it gets worse. I’m sure they will make they’re best pitch to Herman before anything is set in stone.

Three days ago Don McLean said Texas A&M was a good win but needs to see USC in person.
At the start of the 2nd half against SMU he said he was watching two NCAA Tournament teams playing. It was a tight defensive basketball game early on.

I was wondering why I remember so many of the Notre Dame games vs. other teams and I finally realized those games were one of the few guaranteed to be on T.V. every year..
Before the era of every game being televised I saw many of these games on T.V. this game I attended I seem to remember Notre Dame high school band filling in for the university band.
