  1. It’s a cluster for the Heisman this year. Lamar Jackson has it on the bag and he turns the ball over constantly.

Heisman’s are often won late but this year is so meh, there’s no race to get excited about it.

Why not invite Adoree to NY? He’s as good as any others who will get invites and Jackson has it won already, so what’s the difference?

  2. And what about what Adoree has done all season? He deserves an invite.

It really bothers Scott when the team he covers has good players who deserve recognition. Strange.

    • I don’t understand why, but Wolf actively roots against the team he gets paid to cover, and hates it when they succceed. Any chance his lame employer could transfer him to Westwood?

      • When Adoree touches the ball you just hold your breath for a moment. He’s basically the Reggie Bush of USC football.

    • Adoree could have cashed in early on the Heisman hype but when he had the chance in the national spotlight he only had 4 kickoff returns for 112 yards in a loss against Alabama and 2 kickoff returns for 37 yards and one punt return for 0 yards in another loss against Stanford. Then SC dropped off the national stage at 1-3. You seemed to have missed that part of the story.

      • marv, Wouldn’t you like to see Adoree return for his Senior Year and Win The Heisman Trophy ? I think we all would. Adoree, are you listening ?

  3. Adoree has done at least as much as Peppers at Michigan, except for receive the ESPN hype.

  4. The author of this blog has some serious issues. Don’t understand why he hates his school so much. But hey, Adoree has seemingly done enough this year to garner an invitation to New York.

    • Agreed. And Lamar Jackson only has a lead in that race due to any others being considered not having great years. And he and his team have looked horrible the past couple games. Maybe Flow should list his candidates…

  5. The Blogger was pushing Adoree for the Heisman last year – I didn’t see Keyshawn criticizing the Blogger then.

Interesting that he voted USC down from #12 to #13 after a solid win; UW down from #6 to #7 after a solid win; and CU down from #9 to #12 after a solid win.

      • He’s pushing the agenda that the Pac-12 is weak so he votes down anyone in the Pac-12 to fit his story. Twisted indeed!

Bucket has community service and is busy picking up wine bottles left behind by Owen.

      • Chaz and OwnsNothing are busy recounting all the votes! They still believe in the wanky walrus!
        L E M M I N G S !

    • But he did vote for the ruins after their great loss and finish at a strong 4-8 record

    • OU’s slaughter at the hands of OHIO ST at home and clear loss to unranked HOU didn’t bother SW. Bizarre.

  7. Notre Dame is not a small time opponent. Notre Dame is RESPECT and our biggest rival. FIGHT ON!!!

  8. What about what Jackson has done all year? He didn’t come off the bench and have a great game. He has been great all year. Not saying he should win the award, but he is as gifted and talented as anyone who will be invited.

  9. I’m afraid Adoree could win it this year but then he’d have no reason to return.
As for Scott I think he writes the way he does to seem objective. Unfortunately it just looks as if a leprechaun pooped on his punch bowl.

  10. Answer Mr. Johnson’s tweet? If not Adoree then who? The mind bottles. Boom. Brain rocket. Get it?

  11. All these years after Reggie, I kept hearing about this or that recruit was going to be the next Reggie. No one has panned out as much as Adoree. The fact that he is an old school two way player, eclipses Reggie in some ways. He is the only player that I have seen since Reggie that deserves Heisman talk.

  12. Why not Mr. Jackson?
Last I checked those other boys up for the NYAC paperweight put their pants on one leg at at time too.
Mr. Jackson has been a great player since he arrived and peaked at a most excellent moment in time.
The blogger is a hater and the haters gonna hate….
    Just like old man Potter.

    Football is fun!

  13. Everyone knows Jackson from Louisville will win the Heisman.

But USC wants to promote Jackson as one of the finalists (and honestly, he likely deserves to be there at the ceremony). He’s been quite good all year long. And it would be neglectful of the school not to promote him.
