Noah Jefferson To Transfer

USC says defensive tackle Noah Jefferson is transferring for personal reasons. Sources tell me Jefferson had an issue with his family that became a problem during the season. He hasn’t even been around really even though Clay Helton said he would return any week about a month ago. He and E.J. Price are big losses for next season.

  1. 2 guys, who didn’t even play on this year’s team, are big losses for next year. Oh, the Wolfie Logic working overtime.

    • Classic Scottie logic… Guys like them, and Seantrel Henderson, etc – they are costs of doing business. Now that we have our full 25-scholarship complement, we can afford for them to go home to their parents, or whatever the issue is.

    • It’s not exactly crazy that a top recruit would be a big loss when there are graduating players at their position.

  2. Dumb. Typical SW.

To say Price and Jefferson are big losses is just ridiculous. Neither one have anything to do with USC’s current success and both provide good lessons to the staff recruiting-wise as to what to look for to avoid in recruits.

Get with it SC. Fill the gaps with better prospects.

  3. When you’re given lemons, you make margaritas. USC has a better leveraged position today to get top recruits than when Price and Jefferson came onboard. Helton should be able to replace them with even better players.

    • Better the chance that “far off” (i.e. Georgia/Florida) recruits will fall in love with the Trojan Football Program and, hopefully, USC Classwork. FIGHT ON !!!

    • We’re going to have Margaritas?
Extra salt on the rim of my glass please…and if it is not too much to ask…I would truly appreciate a slug of Grand Marnier mixed in.
Do that and I will gladly take on that windmill for ma’ lady.

  4. According to sources, Adoree Jackson has changed his mind and will enter the NFL draft… His girlfriend saw all the money he can earn as a 4th round pick and gave her blessings.

    • According to sources you are a complete moron who has no life. Have you found a OC for that 4-8 train wreck you call a football program?

        • He has not decided as of yet, from “my sources” his mouth he will decide in january.. The prospect of coming back to for him is to better his nfl stock from a 2nd (day2) pick to the 1st rd (day1) is on his mind. FYI ..He is single!

          • I also was the first to share 3 hrs before KP was let go from Ucla and I was also the first to share Helfrich and his entire staff was done .. Ahhh facts!!!

          • What kind of insider are you? Every high rated recruit gets a bag of money and a blonde white girlfriend when they commit!

        • Ted, you wouldn’t know a fact if it pulled down your pants and did your teeny weeny. You need to go get your nap now.

      • Alabama 52 – bozo u 6. Even though UCLA FB was a disaster, the team scored a TD in every game – no need for 40 + yard FG’s 38 points down.

        • Your entire athletics program is a disaster. I can’t wait until Kentucky does the hoedown on your basketball team this Saturday. Try to stay with 20 points this game.
P.S. The Go-Fund Me Page we started to supply the UCLA trolls with state of the art cleanup supplies for your after the Rose Bowl cleanup party is going quite well.

  5. I just spent my lunch hour listening to a Portland sports talk show–hold onto your hat—Duck fans are clamoring for Kiffin. Duck fans want a great recruiter who has a bit of asshole in his personality. They want the anti Helfrich. They want Kiffin.

  6. Both guys had huge potential but no worries will get a transfer or 2 to fill those spots.

  7. I guess a big loss is something measured in effort to recruit and soothe a young player. In my mind a big loss would be someone irreplaceable like Adoree or Juju. Losing a spare tire means we go get another one. Losing an engine is going to hurt.

  8. Max Brown has officially departed the program, will not take part in bowl prep.. Fink will be Darnold’s backup in the bowl game!
