  1. This is so funny. SW has literally attached himself as a promo vehicle to Cowherd – who’s already on TV 3-4 hours or more every week day. What a leech. And by the way, Cowherd never said anything negative about MacIntyre. He just never brought him up specifically.

Truth is, CH has embarrassed SW with his improvement. In fact, the whole SC team has. If SC gets into the Rose Bowl, SW will find a way to negativize it. As I said, so funny.

    • Spot on. I believe that you were not a supporter of CH, but as the team has improved you have given credit when credit is due. As most right thinking people would. I looked at a month of Cowherds tweets & did not see a reference to McIntyre, nor did I see a mention of SW. Seems to me if you are going to have a feud with someone the other party has to play along. But, I don’t hear Cowherd that often and it is always possible that he is trolling SW.

      • In reality, Cowherd would probably praise, at least to some degree, SW because he promotes and appreciates local writers who don’t bow down to the big teams in his area.

If Cowherd ever publicly spoke of or even reached out to SW, it would make SW’s career. He’s got other media people and analysts on his show all the time because Cowherd is a professional arguer and is the first to admit when he is wrong. In fact he has entire segments when all he talks about are his right vs wrong calls.

    • I can see it now – if USC gets in and wins the Rose Bowl, he will say they should have been in the National Championship game if not for the poor coaching or whatever.

  2. The Wolfman is probably lurking in Cowherd’s bushes, waiting to deliver this memo personally. Keep your blinds shut until further notice, Colin.

  3. Should we post a “Memo To Wolfie” every time he says something stupid or makes a mistake? If so, we will need a couple of full time bloggers to do this as Wolf continues to be a hack and will provide quite a bit of material..

  4. I didn’t expect Scott to send flowers to Colorado to congratulate them on a pretty darn good turn around, but I didn’t expect Helton to win. I doubt he cares about the award. (publically) I’ll bet if you ask him what he cares about it would be players first then grades and finally winning games. All politically correct and under his control. The other things will come when they are earned.

  5. Wolf – I know you’re busy with all this petty, insecure nonsense, but any chance you could find out how Bennie Boatwright is doing?

  6. He was once a little green slab of clay. Gumby!
You should see what Gumby can do today. Gumby!
He can walk into any book, with his pony pal Pokey, too.
If you’ve got a heart then Gumby’s a part of you.

    Oh Magoo!

  7. With all the talent USC had and has why wouldn’t MacIntyre be named from turning around the CO program?
