The former USC quarterback’s arraignment hearing was postponed until Jan. 11 but his lawyer said Marinovich is currently in a rehab facility. Details here

  1. In a Rehab facility? Didn’t know that Marinovich is the Offensive Coordinator at Alabama.

  3. There is no rehabbing this fool. Every opportunity given to him to turn his life around has been wasted effort by people who have tried to help him. He just needs to spend time in jail and ponder how he’s messed up his life, family members around him, friends who have tired of him. You can only do so much to help a person. If he crashes and burns, he has no one else to blame but himself. I think the Judge will see past this latest ” he’s in a rehab facility” gimmick.

      • Can’t wait to see how this turns out for Todd. His lawyer has been in practice for less than a month. Graduated from a place called Trinity Law School in Santa Ana. Never heard of this place. This combination of an inexperienced lawyer and his sketchy client will make for great John Grisham storytelling.

    Still, I recall the Notre Game in 89 I believe, and he almost brought SC back. A great performance.
