Morning Buzz: USC Is Everywhere

Sometimes it seems like USC is in the news way more than other schools. Like now, for example. There’s Owen Hanson, the former volleyball/football player, agreeing to a prison sentence of at least 20 years for running a drug ring.

The bigger news was that one of Donald Trump’s lawyers was accused of being in Prague in late August in an unverified dossier that claimed to show the Russian government has compromising information on Trump.

But the lawyer, Michael Cohen, had an alibi. He was with his son visiting USC and meeting the baseball coaches. Well, that’s one way for USC baseball to stay relevant. Hopefully the kid can pitch.

  18. Scotty, you are too negative. You write only bad things about USC. You mentioned about a former player being arrested. Instead of that, why don’t you write how a former player is leading the greatest collegiate of all time, and that is Lynn Swann. Or you could write about how former players are making it big in the business, entertainment, medical, or law profession? Go do your work and stop reading TMZ.
