And a SoCal card stunt!
Academic standards were much lower and violations that would result in probation two years later had already occurred. Don’t be one of those old men, Scott.
Yeah Robinson’ first stint before he chose to run off to the Rams and left the program hanging and then wondered why at the beginning of 1998 Mike Garrett saw fit to sack him,
I take issue that the standards were lower in the 70’s. I excelled at two majors: Beer and poker!
I remember those uniforms. They were not much fun.
Were you in the band?
I was in the Mt. San Antonio college band and Dr. Bartner wanted a bigger band so he recruited from the JCs .
My parents graduated from USC but I just jumped on the band wagon sort to speak. I wish my grades were better I could be a blogger.
Isn’t that the Greek trim you don’t like Wolfie?
Scottie has foot in mouth disease. He loves this but makes time to post against Greek trim in the past
Them some ugly unis!
The shorter person on the far left, playing the mellophone, is Dr. Andrea Kay, who currently teaches music in Beverly Hills. Directly behind her, the tuba player, is Karl Drummond. Karl passed away a few years ago. That band rocked, and no one at opposing schools messed with us. Those uniforms were actually designed by Academy Award winner, Edith Head. The good old days.
