  1. Carr looks pretty studly. I hope we can preserve him and RS him this year. Let him get his feet wet for this next level. But if he’s truly gifted enough, I guess the coaches can’t NOT play him. Should be interesting.

  2. Don’t forget about Jack Jones. He should see more opportunities in the return game now that Adoree’s gone.

    • Funny how things can work out. Adoree doesn’t get hurt in the Rose Bowl, Pendergast probably stays one on one coverage. No over the top coverage. Who knows what happens then. Adoree was getting beat on that game. With Jones in there, Pendergast can’t trust the freshman. Gives him over the top coverage with Mcquay. The Rest is history.

  3. I think there are many position battles to be excited about, wide receivers, rb’s, TE’s, OL, DL, DB’s, this spring should be too much fun!

Just wondering if they feel the same cross town? NOT REALLY!!!!

    • They are cancelling football since they received $10 million to create an Iranian Studies major.

  4. Seems like there good competition at all positions from QB (backup) to the safeties. This will be a fun spring and fall to watch.

  5. Mitchell’s career hasn’t gone the way he, we, recruiting experts and other coaches thought it would be for him. He doesn’t have 60 catches and 9 TD’s, but if he can just play like a senior who who hut his stride late and surprise us like Darius Rogers did this season we’ll be straight at WR. FightOn247 have their pre-spring ball WR starters with Devonte Burnett, Michael Pittman and Tyler Vaughns as starters. Mitchell. He’s well aware of rhe the options USC has at WR and should on a mission put in work.
