    • Read that article, it was pretty good. They seem to mirror the same thing as espn, saying they think the O line will actually be better, especially in the zone read on the outside, which should benefit Rojo and open up more passing lanes. I’m hoping that’s true.

What they’re really excited about is Marlon Tuipoluto, who they still have as the number 1 D tackle in this class. They seem to think he’ll be an instant impact player this year.

      • Tuipoluto enrolled early, right? Is there any word out of Spring practices that he’s living up to his potential as an instant impact player?

        • From what’s been reported, yes, although still early on, he’s grown, and is showing good quickness and an ability to play the run. Most everything I’ve read so far is positive. Playing with the twos. Only “weakness” so far is pass rush and I’m thinking that too will follow. I’m real excited to see him this fall, his quickness and strength are remarkable for a freshman.
          Again, that’s just what’s being reported…

          • For what it’s worth Garry P, Ryan Abraham, Adam J Maya, Scott Schrader, almost all the guys covering SC football think Marlon will be a regular in the lineup this season. Stopping the run being his strength at the moment.

          • I can’t wait to see what Tufele brings to the table when he gets in, him, Fatu and Marlon should be a hell of a rotation and throw in Kenny and that’s a whole lot of beef…

      • Yeah I’ve been hearing really good things about Tuipoluto. Sounds like he’ll be a solid run stopper in place of Stevie.

  1. Compared to the Uber thief who was robbing an uber driver. Real good thinkin’ thar, ruin.

  2. Hmmm anyone give a rip about vanderzero over in richy rich land?

BTW Jimmah’s hike up Mt. Kiliminjaro was so engaging esp. noting the former NFL players and vets he was with… “….I’m going to use the disability of that blind hiker whenever any of my kids start grousing about having to play for me.’

  3. There is another issue, Zach. You’re also a penalty flag machine. More holding than my junior prom.

  4. This is now a standard qualifying statement in the resume of any SoCal player entering the draft.
Didn’t they also add the “Porch jump” to pro day in honor of Josh Shaw?
